Great lower back support
Excellent lower back support, nice and wide sturdy very comfortable to wear. Does get a little warm. Doesnโt truly breathe like normal clothing, but other than that two thumbs up.

great back brace!
bought this back brace for my new job since it requires a lot of heavy lifting of boxes. i love this thing so far! its helped me keep my posture straight and refrain me from lifting with my back. easy adjustment to the straps to fit your shoulder and back shape, and it just velcros in the front of your belly. definitely recommend! the material feels like great quality. iโm 5โ6 1/2 tall for height, and a 2XL in womenโs shirts/tops. hope this helps!

Lower Back support
This really helped support my lower back when I am working outdoors. It is a very lightweight, solid material, and it fits well. You forget you have it on. It can be washed and hung to dry. No negatives.

Posture improvement was immediate!
Wow! Posture improvement is unreal and super fast. The lower back support is immediate. Me and a few coworkers had to unload a large truck for a charity which contained over 100 boxes of various sizes and weight and I didnโt feel any pressure on my back while lifting all types of boxes. No pain or discomfort afterwards. Would buy it again. Make sure you get the right size. The sizing chart is not correct. 34-36 is not a small, but a medium.

great as a hernia binder
i used it as a hernia binder, the regular binders are a pain to tighten up, this worked great, the only problem is im a big guy (6' 3" and 330lbs) and i put it on and i let out the shoulder straps as fas as i could but it wasnt enough and kept pulling the brace up, so i just cut off the straps and just used the wrap, stays in place and i can tighten pretty tight with the double strapping
