I bought this for my soap making business and the motor Han handle even thick batters. The handle design is very easy to hold and the shaft detaches for cleaning easily.

I purchased a Vonci 500 W stick blender for my restaurant. It worked great for around 8 months of very heavy and demanding use.I emailed Vonci customer service about the problem and was quickly contacted by Jack Jia who offered amazing customer service! He requested I send a picture of my original Amazon purchase order, a video showing the unit plugged in and not working as well as a pic of the model/serial number sticker on the side of the the blender motor.Two days later I received an email for Jack Jia stating they would ship me a brand new blender stuck! WOW!!! All I can say is I am extremely pleased with the customer service provided by Jack Jia and will be a loyal Vonci customer going forward.

it was working great but stopped working less than a year after purchasing and i cant find any number to call for support

this machine was a great deal and does the job, but if we do anything for too long the motor stars to smell and shuts down. probably good it does so it can cool off and still works, but kind of annoying. I've blended lots of sauces and soups with this, but if your product is too viscus, like hummus, it might not be the best guy for the job.

Works as its needed , no issues, purees well. Easy to hold and use.

Bought this for sauce Making in a commercial setting. It works great and so far no complaints. I did purchase the extended warranty so at least we r covered for 3 years.
