Very good kettle. Looks fantastic. Very quick to boil water. Light weight. Steel construction. Kettle handle plastic part is decent in quality but could have been better for the price point. Plastic frame with metal mesh inside. Plastic switch with blue light is bit flimsy. Analog temperature meter works as it should. Internal mechanism may cause a little problem while cleaning the kettle. Base is made of decent quality plastic but could have been heavier. Price is not justified. I’d prefer to pay between 3K - 4K INR at the most for this. European plug, needs an adaptor to safely use this kettle. Adaptor needs to be bought separately. Overall I like the product for it’s looks and quick heating.

Horrible product, worse customer service
Horrible product, and even worse is the service. It started leaking within a month and neither the Westinghouse team not amazon provided a replacement/repair even though the product is under warranty The Westinghouse team has the worst customer care team transferring complaints across department without any real resolution The kettle is damaged and has not been in use for months now, absolute waste of time and money
