I recently purchased the KeyBegin Adjustable Chin Strap to help with mouth breathing while using my CPAP machine, and overall, it has been a useful addition to my sleep routine. The material is soft and stretchy, making it comfortable to wear throughout the night without causing irritation. The adjustable design allows for a snug but not overly tight fit, ensuring that it stays in place throughout the night. Most importantly, it effectively keeps my mouth closed, reducing dry mouth and improving the effectiveness of my CPAP therapy. However, there are a few minor downsides. I did notice some mild pressure on my jaw after prolonged use, though it wasnโt enough to cause discomfort. While the strap is adjustable, those with larger heads might find it a bit tight, while those with smaller heads may struggle to get a perfect fit. Additionally, like most Velcro-based products, the fastening may wear out over time with repeated use. Despite these minor issues, the KeyBegin Adjustable Chin Strap is a solid choice for CPAP users looking for a comfortable and effective solution to prevent mouth breathing during sleep.

It works for me, reducing snoring and improving overall sleep quality. It is very comfortable, but stretches after a few uses. As the fabric stretches to the point where you can't get it tight enough using the velcro on the top.

I Bought a couple oth I tried other anti-snoring chin straps before I found this one. I needed something to help me with my dry mouth from sleeping with my mouth open. The others I tried were either to tight around my head, given me a headache or the ear holes where to small which was putting pressure on or behind my ears. I am fortunate that I don't have to use a CPAP but for those who do I think you would not notice much that your wearing this anti-snoring chin strap while sleeping. This KeyBegin anti-snoring chin strap is very comfortable for me to wear being it has a larger cut out for the ears and no trim material around the ear holes. The quality, materials and workmanship are very good. I would highly recommend that you give this anti-snoring chin strap a try!

This product has potential if they would tweak it a bit. It is cheaply made, there is raw edges of fabric around the ear loops that needs a band or something so it doesn't shred, and it is just a tad too stretchy. However, it is comfortable and worked fairly well for me. I don't predict it will not last long, but for the price it would make a good chin strap to have for travel or to have a second chin strap on hand. One perk is that I hand washed it and due to the fabric type as well as being thin it dried quickly. It isn't bulky or cumbersome, it is light weight which is helpful, and easy to slip on. I hope they will improve their product because it is a decent design.
