Ekco Garlic Press

Well designed product and exactly what it ought to. Unlike some garlic crushers bought in the past.

Just received this item yesterday. We were so excited with its arrival that we pressed a bunch of garlic for dinner. The press part doesn't have a funky hinge like other models I've seen, but this worked just fine. There is no cleaner hinge, like other models, but guess what--cleans super-easily! I bought this one not only because of the price, but because it was not uncoated aluminum, and was the only one I ran across that was dishwasher safe. I hand-washed it last night so I can't confirm the dishwasher use over a long period of time, but I will say that this was very sturdy, easy to use, easy to clean, and looks more expensive than it is.

I love, love, love garlic and this product is sturdy and works well. I just wish it was easier to clean. I have to rinse it off right away before any garlic dries on it.

Works excellent and Arrived on time

It's difficult to close. There's a gap between the press and the walls. Bad construction.
