Hard to Beat

Had it on in the car today no bad tracks on the cd

possably the most polished of all the 2nd wave ska bands the beat really hit the spot, not as famous as Madness or the Specials which is a shame as they had 9 top 40 hits, they were easyly the equall of the specials when it came to political comment but not as poppy as Madness's later music.RIP Ranking Roger

Came still sealed. I love some of these tracks, Ranking Full Stop & Best Friend amongst others. Probably all the Beat i’ll Ever need.

A great compilation of the best of the Beat. All of the hits are there such as twist and crawl, mirror in the bathroom, too nice to talk to and can't get used to losing you. Not only that, but there are tracks that were not too 40 hits such as the marvelous I confess, and some album tracks. Overall a great album.
