Blume Blue lavender latte, 100 g (Pack of 1)

I purchased this on a whim and was debating between this brand and another brand. The other brand was a little less expensive, but after reading the ingredients, I understood why. This brand has all natural ingredients. I prepared this with some vanilla almond milk steamed, and put 1 teaspoon into the cup with the almond milk and frothed it until the result came out like a latte. I love the way this taste. It’s very calming. Also it’s not that sweet. It does have a tinge of sweetness to it. If you want it sweeter, you could add a little bit of honey or any other sweetener of choice. I was skeptical at first because of the price, but I have to say this is the best powdered latte I’ve ever tried. And the color that is advertise is the color that it comes out to. It does not turn brown. It does not turn purple. It is a beautiful sky blue. The taste is very calming. I usually drink this before bed or if I have a midday craving for something sweet and comforting I will make myself a cup of this latte. After drinking this, I noticed that I instantly feel calm or I can instantly go to sleep. Definitely try this. It’s amazing.

I became obsessed with Starbuck’s lavender matcha latte last year, but it’s seasonal so I can’t get my fix outside of spring. Tried a few lavender syrups, but they’re not lavendery enough for my taste. I resumed my mission to find an acceptable lavender drink after I spent way too much money in a week at Starbucks for their darn lavender latte. So pleased when I tried this!! I will say that it’s not super similar to the Starbucks latte, but it has a lavendery enough flavor and I can proudly say “I’m Liz and it’s been 7 days since my last Starbucks”. I also like that you can control the carb/sugar content with how you decide to prepare it & I don’t even want to know how much sugar is in the lavender matcha latte from Starbucks. My preferred method is to heat some H2O, add the magical powder, say some incantations, whisk with a fork, then pour over ice, add some whole milk and a splash of lavender simple syrup, slay some demons, and enjoy!

It is very yummy and smells like a dream when you open but way too pricey for the amount in package. You need to use way more than described on package to taste anything. If price drops it would be a nice treat.

Major let down! I love the idea of this blend, and everything in it, but it does NOT deliver! I think the coconut base is off/rancid. Pro tip: don't buy more than one thing from this brand before trying it.

I enjoyed this. I thought it tasted great and I followed the directions sometimes but sometimes honestly I would just sprinkle some in my blender when I was making a smoothy, or whipping up cottage cheese or in whipped cream etc. it’s versatile. I recommend and I’m definitely going to keep purchasing this product I love it.
