Good support
It’s helped with sleep. Not sure whether energy has improved, will need to take for a longer time. I started with one tablet then increased to 2 now

Couldn’t get enough of my husband!
At first I didn’t think these would do anything but after about a week, my husband said I was wild when we got down to it, I couldn’t get enough of him! I don’t appear to have any side effects and take these alongside prescribed medication too (I did all the compatible checks) Would definitely recommend these.

Good sized tablets.
It's a little early to see if they have had much of an impact, however for the first time in 5 months I have had a positive ovulation test, however it could be coincidental. They have a peppery taste however nothing to over powering. Great value for money. Tablets are relatively easy to take, are good quality, however can be a little sharp if you don't take with plenty of water.

These are amazing..
If you want to enhance your experience and feel better all round, these are a miracle, they do increase your energy levels and I did not have any side effects, I take these every day and never miss a dose. They reduce the feeling of being sluggish and bogged down by hormonal changes. They do not taste and are very easy to swallow, cannot recommend quality enough

Great but be sure not to breathe in while taking
Very peppery. These need taking with food or you get the worst heartburn. Almost gave me an instantaneous asthma attack the first time I took them. Take with caution but otherwise very good

Worked for me.
I was sceptical as to weather this would work but, my O's have come back and stronger than ever, I cannot taste them when I take them. Nice size tabs not too big not too small. Highly recommend.

Causes break outs
Brought me out in the most horrendous painful spots literally all over my entire body. Won’t be taking again. Thrown out.

Brilliant
These tablets are brilliant 4days of taking them and I feel great. Perimenopause is a horrible experience and these tablets were recommended by a gp on fb,glad I bought these.
