Is the dispense handle easy to operate for a 4 or 5 year old with supervision?

Most certainly a 4 or 5 year old can use this however I will warn the first squeeze usually sticks. You'll also have to watch how much the squeeze when dispensing. After a few tries they should be good!

Is this product dishwasher safe?

Hi, Thank you for your question! The batter dispenser is very easy to clean. We recommend to wash it by hand directly after you used it. If you choose to wait with washing we recommend letting dish soap and warm water sit in it so it washes out easily later on. Nevertheless, you can wash the dispenser in the dishwasher top rack. The dispenser came well packaged. The container is sturdy however the batter for pancakes is too thick and won’t come out of the hole. I was disappointed with it. I also tried Pikelet batter and that was too thick too. I wouldn’t recommend for Pancake or Pikelets.

Muy práctico y cómodo, Totalmente de plástico, pero bastante funcional. Cumple su cometido.
