Can these pans be used on a ceramic glass hob

I use mine on an induction hob. They are great. Handle easy to click on and off and the whole stack doesn’t take up much room

Gas did not work. The pan handle melted or am I doing wrong? It could have caused a serious accident as no instructions

The handle is not designed to stay on the saucepan - the idea is to place the saucepan on the stove and remove the handle. You may need to stir the pot in which case clip the handle back on whilst you do that. I use mine on induction and gas hobs and on occasion have left the handle attached - never had any danger of the handle melting. Flames should never come up the side of the pan.

Is the non stick coating ptfe (teflon) ?

I have no idea! Nothing has stuck on them when I cook though.
