Great earphones
Love it!!! I’ve used it a couple times and I have to say I really like them. I like that they’re on your ear, they don’t fall off, they don’t irritate your ears, the sound is really good for music and watching videos. I haven’t used it for phone calls, so I’m not sure how that works, but the battery life last for several hours which is good and it works quite well. The quality is really good for the price and I’m gonna continue using it. Honestly, it’s a lot better than the other earphones that they go in your ear and they bother your ear and they’re too loud and it’s too much. But these I will say for the price and for what they offer definitely worth getting. And I really like that you can listen to whatever you’re hearing music or otherwise and yet you’re still aware of what’s going on around you so that’s actually really nice for safety reasons.

Comfortable, easy to clean, secure, and budget friendly!
The key attributes I was looking for in a pair of wireless earbuds were, comfort, easy to clean, can still hear the outside world, and secure on my ear. I typically wear these on public transportation, traveling, but also while doing chores around the house, outside, etc. These checked all those boxes I was looking for. For this price point too, I couldn't be happier. As a mild-germaphobe when it comes to my ears, I never liked the idea of sticking earbuds way into my ear, and needing to sanitize it periodically. I also find most in-ear earbuds (with the suction looking thing) uncomfortable and blocks out sound a little too well. I like the shape of Apple Airpods (not the pro version), but never felt they were that secure on my ear - nor do I have an iPhone. I've had great success in the past with the Plantronics BackBeat Fit models, similar shape to Airpods, but they also wrapped over the ear to make it much more secure. I was a happy camper for years! I eventually lost those, but also the battery was starting to go. So far these headphones are great, the only mild complaint might be that others could hear what I'm listening to if it's quiet enough - since the headphones don't get in the ear canal, there is some room for the sound to bleed out. For the most part, this isn't an issue for me, and I don't really crank up the volume. I'm not an audiophile, and mostly am a podcast listener. I think if audio quality or battery life were more important, I'd get one of Anker's more premium Open-Ear Headphone options, but these work perfectly fine for my needs. Very very satisfied with this purchase. I usually do not leave reviews, but felt compelled because of how awesome this product is.

Good fit
The headphones are as described. Good fit around my ears, comfortable. Sound is good, I like that they're adjustable. Downloading the app was easy and I like that I can adjust the sound quality and customize the colors of the LED lights. Great value so far honestly and seems to have good battery and charges fast.

Good value
These arrived a day early and I am currently wearing them as I write this. So far these aren't bad and I'm having a hard time complaining about what you get for the price. I got these for around $30 and the fact these have touch controls and an app you can use to adjust the EQ, the touch settings, and other things already makes them a good deal. The main reason I bought these is because I needed a pair of open earbuds for work so I can listen to music while still being able to hear what's going on around me. The sound quality isn't terrible but it isn't going to blow you away either. It's kind of like having 2 cheap but decent Bluetooth speakers strapped to your ears. Out of the box they might sound a tad muddy but I like using the hip hop or electronic EQ settings to make them sound more clear with added bass. They don't sound as good as in-ear earbuds (mainly because the bass isn't as rumbly) but they still sound really good, especially for the price. Once you change the EQ settings they have good clarity and you can hear the subtle nuances of each instrument. And although you can't really feel the rumble of the bass you can definitely hear it and most songs sound great on these in my opinion. I did notice that some songs with heavy sub bass sound kind of weird though. The touch controls work pretty well but hitting the right spot can be a little tricky especially when doing double taps. These also stay locked to your ears pretty well. You could headbang to some heavy metal music and these will not be sent into orbit. Some people say these are comfortable and you almost forget you're wearing them but I've had them on for about an hour and I can definitely still feel them. They aren't the most comfortable earbuds I've ever worn but they don't feel that bad either. I wore them at work most of the day and only my left ear started to feel slightly uncomfortable but I think that was just because the earbud needed to be adjusted a bit. The battery life is great and the case has fast charging which is convenient if you want to throw them in the case on your lunch break and get enough juice to last the rest of the day. The case is also smaller than I expected. I thought it would be bigger considering the size of the earbuds but it's literally the length of a toilet paper roll (i'm sick and have a roll laying on my bed next to the case) and it's about as wide as the upper part of your palm and as thick as a mcdonalds cheeseburger lol if you want a solid pair of open ear buds for work but aren't trying to spend a fortune these are a good option to consider. Just keep in mind that you aren't going to get super high quality studio level sound from these but that's not what they're made for anyway.

Great sound, COMFY & stay put!
I’m neurotic & hate things in/on my ears. I put these on in the morning & forgot they were still on my ears until hours after I had shut the music off. I was cleaning house, doing laundry, bending, lifting. They didn’t budge yet I could still hear everything around me. I startle easy & don’t like walking with EarPods in. I like to hear what’s around me. These are perfect for that & I’m excited to use them for audiobooks, music & podcasts while I garden this summer! And sound is amazing for this price!!! I own a few other Anker & Soundcore items & I feel like the quality is always great & I’ve never regretted it. And I’m a researching freak :)

The best budget option ever
For the price point these headphones do a phenomenal job for their functions. I actually prefer using these as my go to headphones over my AirPods. The battery life is unmatched. They stay on your ears with no issue and adjust easily. The charging is simple and I barely have to charge them. The case is durable and they look great too. Best of all they connect to anything and very quickly.

Comfortable Open-Ear Earbuds with Great Fit and Everyday Convenience.
These Soundcore V20i open-ear headphones are lightweight, comfortable, and easy to wear for extended periods thanks to the adjustable ear hooks and secure fit. The open-ear design lets you stay aware of your surroundings, which makes them especially useful for walking, errands, or casual daily use. Sound quality is surprisingly strong for this style, with clear audio and dependable call performance. Battery life is excellent, and features like Bluetooth 5.4, multipoint connection, and the IP55 rating make them feel well-rounded for everyday use. Overall, they’re a very practical and comfortable option for anyone who prefers open-ear earbuds over traditional in-ear models.

Excellent earbuds!
Connectivity: Pairing was easy and straight forward; audio quality is great (particularly once equalizer was adjusted to my taste. Oh, and for those new to Anker Soundcore products, you WILL need to download the APP to access and use full features); they fit perfectly fine around my ears with no danger of falling off/out even when I vigorously shake my head; sound quality did NOT alter once I put on my knit winter cap as regularly occurs with standard earbuds due to the buds inside the ear canal being depressed further inside or otherwise shifting around; while these may not be 'noise cancelling' they do still drown out plenty of ambient noise; volume is great! That does it for the Pros. Cons: Just one. There is NO WAY to determine the battery life of the CASE! In the app it shows the battery life of the individual buds. Great! But there is nothing for the case. I've got a pair of Soundcore SportX20 and these DO have an indicator for the case along with the buds. So I KNOW the technology exists. Why'd yo guys skimp on this feature? This is why I had to dock you One Star for this lapse. Otherwise, great product! Edit: Jan 2, 2026 - Okay, so after I scanned the QR code for the on-line manual, I learned that the battery life reading for the case can be interpreted thus…when you re-install the ear buds into the case if the case light is STEADY, then there is 46% to 100% power. However, if the light is blinking then there remains anywhere from 45% to 0% power. So, if it’s blinking you may as well plug in and recharge. That’s something, but I still prefer a more accurate reading instead of a range. Edit: Feb.13, 2026 - Since my previous objection (determining case battery life) has been rendered moot, I've decided to upgrade my original rating to FIVE stars! I absolutely LOVE these 'open-ear' buds. My lone regret is having had to go through a multitude of lesser ear buds (wasting time and money) before discovering these. Don't make the same mistake I did! If you're in the market for good, reliable and comfortable ear buds get yourself a set of 'open-ear' buds. (You don't have to get THIS brand, but this style can't be beat!)
