They fitted perfectly and made an amazing difference immediately

I struggled with a collapsed arch and i've always had flat feet. However, after some running training, i found that pain was stopping me from running all together. These have kept my arches supported, i've since run nearly 250km in them in the past couple of months. If you're suffering flat feet and its causing you ankle strain, try these for sure!!

As usual great next day Prime service. I ordered both an 8.5 and 9.5 insoles to see if they could be replacement for my Mizuno Wave Enforce Tour standard insoles. The arch on these are quite high which in turns makes your foot sit higher in the heel. In a mid or high-top shoe/boot this wouldn’t be a problem but it doesn’t work in the Mizuno’s as it impacts the lockdown in the shoe which ends up with heel slippage. A good way to see if it will fit your shoe is to compare the insole from your usual shoe and overlay to see if you need order a size up/down and/or trim off excess.

I’m very happy with these insoles. I was dealing with heel pain when walking, and since I started using them, the pain is gone. They provide good support without being uncomfortable, and they fit well in my shoes. I’ve been able to walk comfortably again without constantly thinking about my heel. For something as simple as changing insoles, they’ve made a surprisingly big difference. Definitely worth it for me.

For me these are the best insoles I could find till now and I am sorry that they are often not available and if take so long to arrive.

Le doy 5 estrellas por que a mi hijo le han funcionado muy bien, no han cambiado su firmeza, son cómodas, veremos cuanto tiempo duran, pero hasta el momento si han cubierto su necesidad, las recomiendo a quien tiene pie plano y su problema es específico del arco.
