This thing is my best friend. As a truck driver it's hard to say what may break. This thing has been key in a few roadside repairs. The battery life is good and I can't complain about the torque. I've used it to work on a few projects. I do like the case. Everything has a home. Overall, I suggest this purchase.

Great tool for the price. It has good power for regular car and home garage work, and the two batteries are very convenient. The kit comes with useful sockets and everything needed to start using it right away. It feels solid, is easy to use, and the cordless design makes the job much easier. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase and would and I believe it is a good option for a light mechanic work like my Honda CRV.

It’s a hit and miss in this impact wrench. It’s just going to depend on how tight the nuts you are trying to loosen are. There was one time I had to replace a flat tire on my company truck and lug nuts were loosened, no problem. Another occasion, same company truck, I tried to loosen the lug nuts and I had no luck. Lug nuts were too tight. I ended up using a co-workers $1000+ impact wrench and it made quick work of loosening the lug nuts. It’s a good tool to have nonetheless. I would still recommend it.

Though I haven't used it yet, it appears to be very well-built. I did not receive the rubber ring or pin for the impact wrench, even though it said it was included. Hence the four-star.

Outstanding power, case, feel, and battery life!

My husband loves this! It has been his go to on the farm and better than some of his expensive ones.

I’ve been using a high torque, industrial, pneumatic, impact wrench for about 40 years but I’ve gotten tired of hauling that hose around. So, I decided to give one of these battery operated ones a try. I ordered this particular gun because of its high (900psi) rating and its very competitive price. This thing is the bomb. I like it so much I gave my son in law the $500 IR. This wrench comes in a great case and has everything needed to adapt to most situations, including a half to three eights adapter, several common lug size deep sockets, and a 4” extension. I can’t call this a negative but everything is typical impact tool flat black except the four inch extension. It’s chrome moly. Why? It looks like a “oops, we forgot” throw in. I can’t count that against this fantastic tool but it irritates me. In fact I just happened to have had a flat black 4” impact extension in my tool chest. ( God loves me even with my OCD). Now I don’t twitch when I open the case. I haven’t used this a lot yet but it busted the lug nuts loose off of four old rusted trailer wheels with no problem. I’ve used it a quite a few other things but none that I would consider note worthy. I very highly recommend this product. My rating system: 5 stars..... Very good, recommended. 4 stars..... Better than average. 3 stars..... Average, nothing especially good or bad. 2 stars..... Less than average, not recommended. 1 star ..... Junk, do not buy.

Battery’s dead after 2 charges

Powerful tool, a little heavy but then again I have arthritis and feel the weight more than others I think. I like the case it comes in and even has a few sockets and extension in there. Only negatives are that I wish the designers of this tool placed the direction switch for loosening or tightening a little further away from the handle grip. I seem to change direction a lot picking this up and that's frustrating, but I will live with it. The other thing is the end where the socket snaps on, that shaft should be tighter, instead the socket feels a bit loose on it. That's it still love the driver and price!
