I’m very happy with this computer. It arrived in excellent condition, was well-packaged, and looked exactly as described. Everything worked perfectly right out of the box, and the setup was quick and easy. The performance is smooth, and it has been reliable for both school and everyday use. Overall, this was a great purchase, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality computer.

Computer arrrived a day earlier than expected. Everything looks great! I know it's a "renewed" computer, but it has no signs of wear. Everything works perfectly. Very happy with my purchase.

I was looking for a Mac to purchase for some entry-level music creation, mixing, production, etc - but also looking for something to just have for typical portable computing things I would find pretty inconvenient on a smartphone. Never owned a Mac before, so the choice fatigue was REAL.I purchased the 512GB storage, 8GB RAM model, and so far it is perfect for what I need. I have high standards for technology and performance, being in the IT field, and this laptop knocks it out of the park. The performance for what you pay for is incredible (and that's not to say this laptop is a budget system). The M1 chip more than keeps up with my audio workflows, multiple applications open, etc. MacOS is so optimized and balanced that you would never notice this device has 8GB of RAM.Initially I returned my first refurbished M1 air and got the new M3 air because I wasn't fully aware of what it was capable of. After using the M3 air for about a week, I realized it was actually TOO overpowered for what I am looking to use it for. Returned it, and got this refurbished M1 air. Bottom line, if you need something for light-to-medium creative work with amazing battery life, build quality, and something that just keeps going and going, this is a perfect choice.On to the refurbishing quality. It's perfect. The battery must've been replaced, because it has 100% health, which is awesome to see on a refurb system. The screen is perfect as well. Not even a micro scratch. Keyboard is perfect as well. All around, the system is like brand new. It was either VERY well taken care of by the previous owner, or the components were replaced to make it resellable. Either way, it's perfect in and out.Charger and cable included were aftermarket, however they are similar quality to the original charger, and work exactly the same.

I order the good condition. Once I got it I did notice the dings and scratches but hey for the price I’m paid I can’t complain.

Horrible experience! watchout not recommended get. Have issues with this macbook air within the first few months. Attempted to go thru the right channels to correct what would be the logical way for warranty support but NOT getting anywhere. Lack of communication, no return call! not even sure if I am calling a legit business, have to communicate by way of 3rd party. When I did reach a type of support and was able to explain the issue, advised to send in for diagnosis and would be contacted with their provided resolutions for me for this purchase and on doing so on my own behalf funded I have NOT heard anything and am out shpd cost and NO macbook at this time. Now waiting for some type of compensation for this stituation. Amazon pls help! this is the worst experience ever! Buyer beware..Update: Now Mid Dec. - Seller returned the laptop to me purchased though would not support/repair in any way. 2 different ppl at Amazon told me they processed a claim against my incident for a refund the seller would not honor but that was a Lie! No claim ever on record or processed. Once received the laptop, it came without the powercord.Need I say more?? DO NOT PURCHASE from this Seller. Ridiculous

Exactly as described. Item in Excellent condition. Good-not great battery life (86%) but still holds up very well. No noticeable dents, dings or physical imperfections to the laptop. All in all very happy.

Morer than excellent condition, MacBook I received is as new... no scuff, scratch,... Power cable is not the original but do the job really well. Battery is 90%lifetime and work for hours... a very good deal, Recommended!
