No cable provided to connect hard disk with NVR
Very poor item. Technicality not kept in mind as No internal wires for connecting hard disk is provided. What is the use of NVR without hard disk!!! Further, the device went to deadlock mode when I tried to install and setup. Very pathetic.

good quality NVR , no delays , connects well ,easy to use the sound quality is good as well , motion is smooth as well , stores overall its a value for money. supports the storage upto 2 TB.

Value for money but motion detection is bad
All good but motion detection is bad. Even as low as 10% sensitive and nothing is visible in camera notification keep coming up every 1 min

Omly motion based Event is working for other brand cameras ( human, vehicle etc detection are not available). Performance is good.

概ね動作はします。 未解決の重要な問題が2件ほどあります。 １．イベント録画が止まりません、止まらに事があります。 例えば、人の動作を検知するとイベント録画が開始されるのですが何時間（多分何日も）も停止しません。 次のイベントが発生するのそのトリガーでイベント録画は停止します、これはつらい。 ２．HDDに保存されたファイルがエクスポートできません。 USB（２．０）ポートの1つにUSBハードドライブが接続できるのですが、動作しません。 ハードドライブの検出（自動）、登録までは問題なく完了します。 エクスポートを行うと「外部ハードディスクは検出されませんでした」となります。 不良品かも知れませんが、今のところお手上げです。

J'ai déjà contacté la firme car l'image se fige plusieurs secondes, justement les vidéos les plus importantes; j'ai eu des réponses mais rien n'y fait.

Upgrade firmware
Make sure to upgrade the firmware on this unit as the software out of the box is a little dated. Once done it's a great cost efficient box.
