Good quality

Worst product and HP service
Worst product, it stopped working after few days and there is no way to contact the support as it redirects to only laptop and printer section in the support. Pathetic service, never ever buy HP products, I repeat never ever buy.

Comfortable, Super clear mic and audio
The headphone is best to take calls on Skype, teams, slack, zoom, meets, or any calling software. I use it in Ubuntu and it works flawless. Easy plug and play connectivity via USB. The sound quality is awesome. Even to watch movies and play music. The call and mic quality is good and has some amont of noise reduction. My client calls are super clear and they hear me loud and clear. The buttons are super handy to mute/unmute or adjust the volume. Comfortable on ear and does not pack the ear and are not tight. Hence, no pain if worn long.

The best noise cancellation (mic) and stereo quality possible in this price range. Tested it, works well. It iis also durable and comfortable to use. Range is resstricted by the wire length

Sound quality is good but mic quality and material is bit of a concern.
Product is good in this price range but mic quality and material is bit of a concern. Also, the ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) is a bit disappointing compared to what I expected. Packaging could have been better. However, the delivery agent was very efficient and promptly made a second attempt as first attempt was unsuccessful. Need these kind of guys for all the orders

Defective headset received
Faulty product received. I've received the product just now and tested and below are the following issues. 1) Mic is not working (crackling/static/ticking sound when audio is recorded). 2) Audio when heard adding tickling sounds which is irritating and causing headache. 3) No return/refund policy. 4) Replace policy is present but it gives 2 options only. First to "Troubleshoot on your own" and second is to "contact the manufacturer" via email and phone number. The funny part is their phone number is of 11 digits. Totally waste. Defective item worth โน1390. Their is no return or replace policy, please I urge not to buy this product. It's worthless.
