Better than expected. First off don’t smell it. It smells like cow. I don’t know how else to explain it but it tastes good. You can’t really taste the whey in it. There aren’t many noodles and they are small but it is filling. I like this a lot better than bone broth. Will buy again.

I have tried them all and this is hands down the best tasting of all of the soups. I drink it every day and actually love it . I purchase the dehydrated mushrooms from Harmony on Amazon and add them to the soup. They are 10 calories for a quarter cup . Sometimes I feel wild and add one half lol but I am loosing weight .

The noodles didn't actually get very soft but the soup flavor is very good. I was just a little surprised.

The "chicken noodle" is Delicious!! I now drink a cup of this (first thing in the a.m. instead coffee). The protein gets me moving better than caffeine. The taste is good too!!

So I love that it is keto and the taste is ok. Here are the problems and why I won’t buy again: - the biggest is it won’t dissolve! Why or why won’t the powder dissolve no matter how much I stir. It’s make it clumpy. - it’s expensive for how much it makes - it tastes fine but it’s not great and not enough noodles So there you have it, it’s fine but not worth it!

Very disappointed with this purchase. The soup has a really foul and weird smell the moment you open the package. It wasn’t cheap so I wanted to try it. The taste was bland so I had to doctor it up with lemon, cayenne pepper and chicken stock. I will not purchase this again but will be looking for another brand that is better.

Delicious

I was on a keto medical weight loss program and decided not to renew because of the cost. This product popped up in my search for a replacement and it is identical to a product that I was using while in the program but was $1 per pouch cheaper. It is yummy! If you don't like salty flavor then it may not be right for you but I diluted it with a little more hot water and it got better. Plus, it doesn't clump like many liquid protein meals. Definitely buying more.

Yummy. I follow instructions and add a few drops of msg of lemon juice a pinch of fresh FINELY chopped parsley and soooo yummy!

I really enjoyed it other reviews obviously aren’t mixing it properly sorry, no there isn’t lots of noodles defeats purpose of low carb high protein taste is very good mixes great put it in sm container add boiling water stir and then microwave I had zero problems I also buought the others spaghetti , chilli & oatmeal and was very surprised at how good they actually taste and mix up

Absolutely horrible and tastes awful.. Doesn't dilute properly. Gunk like substance accumulates at the bottom of your mug/bowl. Really stay away.. The star is for the quick delivery (may be they're trying to get it out of their store as fast as they can!).. Also, this item cannot be returned, so be aware before you buy.
