These resistance bands are pretty decent quality!! I used to work at a physical therapy clinic, and we had a brand that came in rolls. Very easy to cut and to be honest, it didn't last very long. These bands are much thicker, and more resistant, making them last a lot longer. They are all color coded so you know which strength/resistance you're dealing with. Not to mention a little baggie to put them in. It came with a little exercise sample, showing you movements to do with the bands. My favorite exercise is to put them around my ankles (thighs if you're a beginner) and sideways squat walk in my hallway. It really has begun to tone my glutes (REALLY BURNS!!) Can't wait for my shape to really accentuate!! I recommend these bands!

Nice and useful! There are 5 different levels. I'm starting out with the lightest resistance, and I love that I will be able to increase the resistance as needed without having to buy more bands. They are comfortable and don't pinch my ankles or knees.

Nice assortment of colorful resistance bands, clearly labeled. Yay! They are a nice thickness, not as flimsy as many sets I've used in the past so I'm hopeful they will last a while. There is a notable difference in resistance, among the different bands so you can easily select the correct band. I've been using them for several weeks now and although the medium has loosened up a little, not enough to be unusable for my purpose. So far I am pleased.

These are really great quality and great variety of resistance depending on color. Very pleased with these bands, especially for the price! I love they came with a bag to keep them all in!

These are the best bands that I have ever purchased. Flexible enough to be able to complete all my floor work and they stay in place.

I really like these resistance bands. The only thing I have noticed is that they do have less resistance that other brands but they still serve the purpose. Ive used two at the same time and this helps add resistance.
