Are there four tubes in this package?

Yes there are 4 tubes but there is no plunger(pusher for tube) with kit. I had to buy plunger seperate.

There are two types of tips for the syringe, metal and plastic. Why? which is best for outdoor use?

Thank you for your question! The metal tip is for easy to reach places; however, the plastic tip has a bit more give and is for those cracks and crevices when you need a little more bend.

How do you put this product out so my cat won't get it???

in cracks and crevices .. or just cage the cat .

Will this work on spdiers or centipedes?

Not that I'm aware of. But it works great on Argentine ants.
