Just order because it has extra serving then muscle blaze,it has strong flavour (not water Mellon) and a bit salty, if you are beginner go this for extra serving, personaly I won't recommend this , getting anger because of this salty ness and most of the time doesn't taste as water Mellon giving this review after 2 weeks of use
