AVON Skin So Soft Original Body Lotion - 11.8 oz

Keeps biting insects away from me! Bugs love me, especially mosquitos. I apply this before going outside, especially when gardening, and now I rarely am bitten. The lotion is light weight and doesn’t make me hot. Very light, if any, fragrance. Love it!

My skin was so dry and flaky with it being to hot to go out and having the A/C blasting 24/7. I grabbed a bottle of Skin So Soft original blue body lotion because I know it works. I put it on once and the next day my husband noticed how soft my skin was.Also there's something about it that mosquitoes stay away from. Seriously soft skin AND no mosquitoes! You can't buy a lotion any better than that!

I thought I was buying the oil, but the lotion smells great without the oily. Very lightweight. Bought for my cruise, works well at night after washing off the day. Skin is hydrated and relaxed.

I must start off by saying I love Avon products. But I was told by people that Skin so soft moisturizer would also repel mosquitoes. I must say I am mosquito bait in my backyard and I thought I would try this product and it did not work. It’s a great moisturizer, but it does not repel mosquitoes.

Avon skin so soft. Not only is it good for your skin, it also repels mosquitoes. Also I have used this for years. If you don't want to be bothered by bugs when you're working out in the yard, put it on and you will not get bit

So, I actually bought this as a recommendation to deter mosquitos una natural way. There's something in this lotion and in the oil they don't like. Lol it works, mosquitos stay away if you use this lotion. It smells like a total old avon lady but I'll take it over being attacked.

I like Avon products and normally i have always loved their Skin So Soft products. This time the product seemed to be lacking in smell some. The scent was barely there not like usual. The lotion was not thick like it was suppose to be it was real thin like it was starting to go bad. It did smell some and what smell it did have smelled like the usual lotion. The product was not messed up when i got it so i don't know what happened to it. It won't stop me from buying another one and seeing if maybe that one is different. You can be the judge of this one because i like this product i just think maybe they didn't realize it was older or something. It did absorb on my skin but it was very watery.

Is it truly the original lotion? It doesn't seem as good. I use it as an insect repellant. But it still terrifies bugs for a couple hours, so that works for me. Its smell is gentle and its "feel" is fine.

Product exactly as described. Absorbs quickly and non greasy. Has a nice light smell to it.

So far.This product smells great. Not sure about keeping the bugs away will find out next month
