i get leg and foot cramps, have found that taking electrolyte supplements greatly help reduce the number and severity of the cramps. this product has magnesium, which some of the popular sports drink lack. the price is great since you are paying for the ingredients and add your own water. the watermelon flavor is nice and not too overpowering. i usually mix a bottle and take some over the course of a couple days. mixes easily and provides relief.

I usually buy LMNT, but this was a fraction of the cost. I love how salty LMNT packets are, but did not love the price. watermelon is my favorite flavor, so I bought this in bulk for over half the cost of the LMNT in bulk and with more product. It is slightly sweeter and less salty, but otherwise a tasty product. Ive been drinking half packets on my lower activity days which works perfectly for me.

I really enjoyed these packets. Same nutritional information as a more expensive brand only this one also has vitamin C. The taste is less salty also. I paid less than $15 for VP and for the more expensive brand it was closer to $40. This was for the same package size, and both were watermelon flavor. VP is now my go to for electrolytes.

I'm a letter carrier here in South Texas. In 56 and my route is 7 miles walking 5 days. Heat, rain and cold. This product works w9bders for me. I've gotten several carriers on walking routes. They also claimed works amazing. Especially with south Texas heat.

This is a good product. I wish it had magnesium malate though. The taste isn't at bad as it could be, I've had some nasty electrolytes. They used natural flavors, which means the watermelon tastes a bit green, but still isn't a bad taste. Great price, means I can have 2 a day. Which seems to keep my muscle cramps/spasms in check. The malate works better, but is 3 times the price. Yay for Hashimoto's always making this more complicated.

Cold it tastes pretty good. Warm you taste the salt. Better than being to sweet.
