Pathetic product with zero service! DON’T BUY!
Pathetic experience, have been trying to resolve an issue related to awful taste, water smells like gutter!The 1st technician: Will have to drain the tank once, tds ok. Now, all good. But within an hour, same issue!2nd technician: dodged my service request for 2 days between 2 other technicians and after writing an email, the visit gets aligned after 3 days. The technician says, I only come when the complaint has been escalated to L3, opens the machine and confirms it was incorrectly installed - the copper filler inlet and outlet was swapped. Don’t expect this from Aquaguard specially when their service network is strongest and oldest.Finally, taste was right and I thought it’s fixed but yet again, within an hour, back to square one. Called this technician and he confirmed, this will be taken care of by aligning a senior visit who will eventually replace the machine.Nothing happened for two days, gave another reminder call but nothing for another two days. Then I had again had to resort to raising a formal complaint on the app and writing a stinker to the email response I had received, yet again nothing!I’m now helpless and don’t know what to do and where to go!DON’T EVER BUY AQUAGUARD BRAND, PRODUCT AND AFTER SALE SERVICES ARE HORRENDOUS!
