The wipes are great, but they are NOT for sanitizing against COVID-19. These are meant for cleaning electronics, not disinfecting. At 99.8%, their IPA content is too high to kill the Coronavirus on your hands or surfaces. What you want for sanitizing purposes is 70% IPA content. In order to disinfect properly, an IPA solution must have a minimum (at least 10%, preferably more like 30%) water content. You see, water acts as a catalyst and has a major role in denaturing the proteins of cell membranes of vegetative cells. Also, the presence of water slows down evaporation and increases the surface contact time with the membrane. With 99.8% IPA like this wipe, the solutions is not effective in breaching the virus's cell wall fully, and there is insufficient contact time due to rapid evaporation. 99.8% IPA is effective as an hydrophobic solvent or cleaning agent for electronics and other products that are sensitive to water. But it will NOT kill COVID-19. Also, it will dry-out your skin very quickly. I made the mistake of buying this before I did the research. But at least I caught myself before putting it to use ineffectively, and making the mistake to think this will work as a sanitizing wipe. It will not.

Due to the Corona Virus, I was expecting to never receive my 99% Alcohol wipes. But, alas, they arrived at my door 1 week after I ordered them. I was shocked and surprised. We put them in our pockets or in the car to wipe our handswhen we don't have access to soap and water. Good purchase!

This were great to make cleaning wipes out of for my kitchen and bathroom. Used an old chlorax container and added the wipes and a homemade disinfectant blend. Works perfectly!
