Such an amazing bag! Do not hesitate.
We had such an amazing experience with this bag! It fits under the seat, is comfortable for the dog (he slept through the whole flight). The quality is very good, it is easily foldable, only need to take out the mat from the inside. It was easy to carry on my shoulder and it even has a pocket for some belongings (I would prefer a pocket with a zipper, but it's only a detail and not necessary) Our dog is Bichon, 7.5kg. I think size M would fit him too, but we decided to make him more comfortable and ordered size L.

Perfect for my little Havanese
I bought this carrier for my very nervous Havanese dog. I needed to take her through busy central London areas, stations, on the train and the tube. I can't believe how secure and calm she felt in this carrier. She found it easy to relax and settle, and with the locking zips, I knew she was safe. She weights 5.5kg and it's the perfect size for her to feel comfortable yet secure, whilst being easy to handle and manoeuvre. There are lots of openings to fuss and comfort your pet. The extra height for her to stand was most appreciated. I can't rate this highly enough - it's just perfect.

Note metal rods inside the carrier
Good quality carrier, but note that it includes metal frame rods inside. This makes it more rigid than expected and could be an issue for airline travel. I wish this had been clearly mentioned in the description. I really hope I will be allowed to board the plane with this carrier.

Good for in-cabin Lufthansa and KLM flights
This pet carrier was fine for our 6kg Cavapoo in the cabin of KLM and Lufthansa flights in Europe. For info, Lufthansa was more relaxed and we were able to open the top and keep his head out for most the flight, and have the carrier on our lap. KLM was stricter and got told off a bit for letting his head out etc, but still fine. Each dog will be different, ours struggled to get comfortable in it, couldn't get him to lie down and sleep, instead preferring to keep his head out. We gave him Trazodone from the vets for anxiety, though he was still a bit anxious in it despite pre-training too. But the carrier meets flight limitations, it folds down flat (though we couldn't remember / work out how when we were placing it in a train station locker), it's sturdy and light, and provides some lovely of comfort for your pet. I think it would be fine for most small dogs and cats, and it's good value.

Excellent pet holder
Great pet holder. I used it today for the first time and it felt very secure with my large cat inside.

Upper seam reinforced braid & stitching insufficient resilience to hold the sharp ended metal strutt
very disappointing ,and expensive, used for 3 hrs to carry small 3.5kg dog on train journey using the cross body strap, the upper frame bar burst through the stitching and the mesh end and collapsed in on the dog lying down ...stitching on the supporting top seams quite poor for the money ..and sharp ended frame.item has been returned as not suitable for purpose.

Pleasantly surprised
PROS: Good quality and very versatile! My big, fat cat fits comfortably inside and he didn't want to leave! People said it's compatible with Lufthansa and I'll be testing that in a few months. It has a leash inside for extra safety. It can be flattened for easy storage. It has 3 mesh openings on different sides. It can be used in 2 different positions. It can be held in the vertical position in 2 different ways. CONS: I'm a bit worried about the zippers. It has too many zippers! I think I need a way to keep all but 1 completely closed, for extra safety. I think my cats would be more relaxed if there was only 1 mesh to see outside, instead of 3. Some dog might enjoy being able to look outside, but cats feel safer in the dark.
