Oh my gosh these stars are the BEST quality pimple patches I have found for the best price. I can’t afford the expensive ones at Target that cost 2-3x as much for a fraction of the quantity. I’ve bought packages of these patches over and over again, dozens of times. I unfortunately have some health conditions that cause oily skin and hormonal acne that worsens exponentially around my time-of-the-month. My husband likes to call my face a beautiful constellation during that time. 😆 These are the only things that make a true, quick difference in lessening the severity of my acne. The patches utilize the same mechanism of action on bacteria that hydrocolloid bandages use in the medical field (on a smaller scale). In laymen’s terms, it suffocates the bacteria’s access to oxygen, forcing them to come to the surface of the skin, and the patch absorbs the fluid and gunk. This severely reduces inflammation, prevents worsening infection, and promotes quicker healing. Every night I wash and dry my face thoroughly, I apply the stars, then I carefully apply my liquid facial products to the exposed skin (avoid the areas around the stars so they don’t come unstuck). **That being said, I do NOT recommend buying the sparkly style of stars if you intend to use them on your face/neck. They are beautiful and work well on big, flat skin surface areas (like your chest or back), but they are made out of a thicker, less malleable material that doesn’t adhere well to curved places (like your face).

I love the colorful star pimple patches. They’re great at covering breakouts while also treating them. They help pull out impurities safely and make it so much easier to avoid touching my face. Plus, they’re super cute to wear.

These pimple patches work well for overnight use. They stick securely and stay in place even while sleeping. By morning, redness is reduced and the blemish looks flatter and less irritated. I like that they’re thin and fairly discreet, though they are more noticeable in daylight. They’ve been especially helpful for preventing me from touching or picking at breakouts. Good value for the amount included in the pack.

Super cute & confidence-boosting design with many colors, good for preventing picking. Works overnight on smaller pimples, whiteheads and medium red pimples. Love that it comes in multiple sizes for different areas of your face.

These are the BEST pimple patches. I have no idea what type of magical ingredients they put in these that make them work so good but I can seriously testify that these have been helping clear up my intense acne. I have hormonal and cystic acne, and these not only help me stop picking, but I swear they draw out the gunk from the source!! I had a cyst on my chin since December 2025, and can say because of these pimple patches as of April 2026, it is gone!! Sure it took a couple reapplies of the patches, but it brought it to the surface and I was able to pop it finally, I almost made an appointment to get it cut out! These will draw out the seed, sometimes even sticking to the patch. I have been able to see clear pores for the first time because of these magical pimple patches. This brand is amazing, I have bought their other patches and they all work perfectly.
