Bought for work and does the job really well. Heats up quickly, easy to use and makes a good laminated product.

I have a Bonsaii shredder (C266-A) which has been working great over the last year, So I have stuck with the Bonsaii brand and got the L318-A Bonsaii laminator. It arrived today well packed from Amazon, I unpacked it and it was as advertised new, I needed an A3 laminator to waterproof the targets I shoot at on the range with my air rifle. The unit takes around 3 minutes to warm up before it is ready to go. The instruction manual is clear and easy to read and follow. There is a button to select the thickness of the pouches as I was only using 150 mic pouch, I used the 80 mic setting, this setting worked well for the thickness of the card i was using. It takes around a minute for an A3 size pounch to go through. The laminator is very quite and on the first use gave off a faint smell as it heated up. So far so good I am happy with this laminator.

Ate the laminated pouch and had to struggle to get it out. Then tried again and crinkled the top. I have to put the pouches in so carefully in fear of the whole thing breaking! I’ve had an A4 laminator for years and it never caused me so much hassle. Jammed on all but one try and even then it crinkled the corners. Works poorly.

This A3 laminator is quick to warm up and gives a smooth, professional finish every time. Great for home or classroom use, simple, reliable, and great value.

I'm called a heavy user, I laminate 100+sheets regularly and about 20 sheets every other day. I use thick card and thick laminate sheets as well as vellum and thin laminate sheets and struggle to find a laminator that gives a good finish, heats evenly or lasts longer than 3 months. This little beauty has caught me by surprise, it's consistent, hasn't wrinkled my laminate and doesn't make groaning noises or creaks after 10 minutes. I've been using it for nearly 2 months. I will buy this one again! Brilliant!
