DART CH8DEF 8 oz Tamper-Resistant Clear Hinged Container with Flat Lid (Case of 200)

Daddy D's uses these 8 oz. containers for manufacturing and distribution of Teddy Lee's Sweet Treats. The size is perfect for the puddings that we wholesale, and the hinged lid is great for secure closure, stackability, and transportation. From a consumer standpoint, one can easily see if the product has been opened or is sealed tightly. For the 8 oz. capacity, the thickness and durability of the container seems right for food manufacturing. I'm not sure how the larger containers hold up, but for the 8 oz. container, it does the job just fine.

These are very sturdy and stackable, perfect for our business. However, the one time use is a double edge sword. It's nice our customers know they are getting a sealed product, but if we need to reopen a product for whatever reason, or don't sell out and need to repackage, we cannot reuse a closed container without breaking the "seal". Also, opening these is extremely difficult! The lock/seal part makes it really difficult and they could benefit from having larger pull tabs. Overall, great product for the price. Just kind of wish the lock/seal part didn't exist but it isn't the worst problem.

Dart containers are the best because they are sturdy, clear, and tamper resistant for a good price. The containers are secure and clear. Best buy for the money charged.

Sturdy plastic. The tamper proof part is on well also so it won't easily accidentally come off. Easy to close and work with. Great product.

I've tried several different containers for my fudge business and these have been the best so far. I only buy containers that are tamper proof. The price per unit is cheaper than others I have bought. Easily holds the amount of product I use them for and Avery labels I use on them look perfect.
