Larger than I expected, well made and weighs about 20lbs! If you’re a hot sleeper and tired of the pillows woth “torn” material inside that break down and don’t work then get this. I bought 11 different “cooling” pillows before I found this gem! Well worth the cost. Works great! Love love love

This pillow is so nice! Normally my husband is used to a very firm pillow. This one was labeled on the tempr-pedic website as medium-firm. We were skeptical when it came out due to how soft it felt! This pillow has become a favorite in less than a week. His neck pain is gone and he is sleeping so much better. The cooling feature is an added bonus! Yes the pillow is heavy and I saw a lot of reviews docking stars for this but I don’t have an issue with it at all personally. Cannot recommend this pillow enough.

I bought a pillow that a store recommended to me, it was still over $100, but I was iffy about it. I used it for a few months, but my neck would hurt a lot. I finally told my husband I want another pillow. I kept looking for a Tempur-Pedic because it's the one I really liked in store, but I got swayed by the salesperson with all his "pros" for the other pillow. I started doing research for Tempur-Pedic, and was worried because this wasn't the exact pillow I tried in store, but it is SO GOOD! My neck doesn't hurt like it was, it's very heavy, which is sometimes a downfall, but it has held up over a year, and it really is cooling, and I love that. Very durable and high quality. 100% recommend.

As a back and side sleeper, and someone who has had a few major surgeries (achilles repair, and two knee surgeries), I was struggling to find something firm enough (yet soft, the ultimate conundrum) that provided the support my back, neck, hips, etc needed. This pillow came in, was well packed, and didn't reek of any chemical smells or anything like that. 1st week: Upon using it the first night, I immediately noticed the cooling sensation. WOW, a truly "cold pillow", it was heaven. It was just firm enough, but also soft, and allowed me to sleep like a baby (and not wake up with all the aches and pains). The first week was pure bliss with this pillow. Nearly 1 Month In: The pillow is still holding it's firmness rather well, I'd say around 90% of where it came. The one noticeable thing that has changed (or faded) was the cooling effect. I don't understand the science behind it, but it seems to have lost that ability to immediately feel colder, which was VERY apparent the first week. However, it is still firmer than my other pillows, cooler than my other pillows, and solid for back and side sleeping. Overall, I'd recommend this pillow, but am open to trying more expensive models that may hold their original firmness. Furthermore, should ANY pillow retain the cooling effect, I would instantly jump.

NOT WORTH THE PRICE. It is nice and cool for about 30 SECONDS. It is very hot while sleeping to the point of sweating. The pillow is very heavy to flip or move if you are sleeping with spouse. It SMELLS when opened, the smell lingers heavily. I have had pillow for 2 months and still smells very chemically. The washable cover is very difficult to remove and wash. Overall its a TURD for what it cost.

This pillow has been a great aid in helping me get a good night's sleep. The cooling of the pillow lasts a long time, and it's the perfect amount of firmness. I have gotten the same pillow in a smaller version, and it's just as amazing. This pillow was a gift for my mom. She said, "I was worried about how firm it was going to be, but it's perfect.". I'd say that if you're looking for a long-lasting pillow of this quality for the price, get it! Long cooling, perfect firmness, thickness, and size. It works great for sleeping and sitting up in bed as well. Great product. After my boyfriend bought me mine, my family has been using these pillows as gifts for everyone in the family, haha!

I’d gotten this exact pillow free 2 mattresses ago & loved it. I bought gobs of new ones over the last literal 9 years I had it (the cover is washable!), but I always went back to this one. Finally I decided it was time to get a new one & see if they were still just as nice & high quality. 100% immediately in love with my new pillow & I can finally retire my old one after far, far too long. Yes, like others said it’s heavy because it’s made of solid dense foam & glorious cooling material. But I don’t walk around carrying my pillow so the weight of it is irrelevant. It’s a great height, you sink in just the right amount without it falling anywhere near flat, & you’ll always go back to it if you’re anything like me.

This pillow read as the answer to my pillow needs for my husband. He is a very warm sleeper, works shift work and can never get a proper nights rest. So, I thought maybe I need to up our pillow quality, I compared the pillow to buying a high quality pair of shoes for running or walking. Tempurpedic are incredibly comfortable and we have ours for over 5yrs, it’s the best sleep of my life. That when we travel I look for reviews of high quality beds if not my back will be out of alignment for weeks. The pillow is very heavy compared to other foam pillows, there is a gel like texture that is a smaller rectangle on top of the pillow, it’s on both sides. When you lay your head on it, you can instantly feel the coolness and you begin to feel at ease that this pillow will secure a great nights rest. However, the heat from my husband’s head would make the pillow go flat, similar to how their beds mold to your body. Then, I noticed a very strong odor from the pillow, it have a plastic smell that would bother me when I first got into bed. The smell never went away, it just lingered. Unfortunately, it caused his head to sink to deeply and his end result was a sore neck. So, he decided to add another pillow to give it a firmer feel, but that was counterproductive since the technology was not being utilized. We tried it for a few nights, but I couldn’t sell myself of being dissatisfied with the pillow. I really wanted to love it, I tried to convince myself but the cost of the pillow was what stuck out in my mind. The cost of the pillow, the quality and what it was giving me as a consumer didn’t add up. I still needed a pillow to meet my husband’s needs so after sleeping on it (no pun intended). I decided I had to return it.

It's huge, it's cool, it's supportive. I love the fact the cooling area is huge, if you got hot in one area just switch place and it's cool again, not it's get hot quickly. It's soft at first when you lay on it, as it's compressed, it's getting supportive to where it need support. Also a big plus that is mentioned nowhere, the pillow is super heavy, wherever you decide to put it it will stay there unless you want to move it, never fall off the pillow again. It's pricy, but did I mention it got 5 years warranty?

I was hesitant to buy this specific pillow (King Size) as for all the negative reviews. I’m glad I did not listen to them and bought it!! I LOVE IT!! $200 for a King Size, Tempur Pedic and more specifically a cooling pillow, is dirt cheap! My husband and I have a Tempur Pedic bed, and all of our pillows, including our travel pillows (Queen size) are Tempur Pedic. I love this pillow and its cooling effect. It’s the perfect pressure for me, a side and seldom back sleeper. The cooling property does work for a period of time, like anything you will need to change the head location as one spot can only be kept cool for a period of time before it loses its cooling effect. So, it does work, as it’s intended. I continue to highly recommend Tempur pedic and the pillows including this cooling pillow. So much so, I am going to convince my husband to get a new one. I had my last Tempur Pedic pillow for 8 years before I bought this one. That’s $25/ year for an amazing pillow! Don’t even procrastinate!! Buy it! You’ll love it!! No picture needed. UPDATED June 18, 2026 Thank you Amazon for resolving this issue for me Original post I was excited to purchase a Tempur-Pedic pillow because I have owned a Tempur-Pedic mattress for over 10 years and absolutely love it. Unfortunately, my experience with the pillow was very different. I found it to be extremely firm and uncomfortable, and after trying it consistently for approximately six weeks, I was unable to continue using it. Knowing the pillow was advertised with a 5-year warranty, I contacted Tempur-Pedic for assistance. I was disappointed to learn that they would not honor the warranty because the pillow was purchased through Amazon, which they stated was not an authorized dealer. As a consumer, it is frustrating to purchase what appears to be a genuine Tempur-Pedic product only to discover afterward that the manufacturer will not provide warranty support. Had I known that the warranty would not be honored, I would not have purchased the pillow. Based on my experience, I would recommend that anyone considering a Tempur-Pedic pillow verify that the seller is an authorized dealer before purchasing, especially if warranty coverage is important to them.
