I purchased this laptop computer In the fall of 2023. I ordered the version that was configured with 64 gig of memory, 1 TB NVME drive, and Windows 11 Home. I Immediately upgraded Windows 11 from Family to Professional. I am a university professor, and I use this computer for lecturing and developing/delivering PowerPoints and audio /video presentations, research, streaming, and various other tasks. I also use Dragon Professional digital voice dictation software. The computer functions with adequate speed and Processing power even on resource-intensive apps. The machine is able to easily run multiple tasks simultaneously. I note that the reviews on Amazon for this product have been variable, but my experience has been positive. The design of the computer is quite lightweight, very bright and crisp screen and clean/minimalistic design. It lacks USB C ports but has 3 standard, high speed, USB ports, as well as a card reader. I have not had any concerns with processing speed (i-7 12th gen processor), and no concerns with reliability or overheating, as some users have reported In their reviews. At the time I am writing this review (April 2025), the computer is selling for approximately $150 less than I paid for mine in 2023!

It's a nice size machine and is very light. I wasn't sure if I'd like Windows 11 but it was easy to get used to. It's pretty quick, very quiet, and I haven't had any issues with it. I haven't had any issues with heat or overheating like I've read in other comments. I've used it daily for several months and am still very happy with my purchase.
