PRODUCT DIED - NO WARRANTY
I purchased this product through Amazon in the UAE. Reolink says they will provide a 2 year warranty. My product died in about 12 months - it won't power up. Reolink refuses to warranty the product because it was shipped from Amazon UK. Amazon doesn't want to help. I've done 3 installations of Reolink in big houses. I'm done with them now. Looks like there are better options in the market anyway. They have stopped innovating.

Superb products and software
REOLINK rocks! I upgraded to 5mp and 8mp IP cameras and NVR from an older and "another brand". The ease of use, functionality, setup is proving to prove itself a fantastic value for the money. The picture quality is awesome, the motion detection is Ai assisted and fantastic. The connectivity and options are second to none in my opinion. I had a problem with 1 of my 7 cameras, after a bit of trouble shooting it was shipped out/replaced very quickly. I am totally impressed and grateful for REOlink and their products.

はじめに、この機種のプラグは3Pなので、2Pへの変換プラグも合わせて買った方がいいです。 E1 Outdoor PoEをPOE接続して使っています。 海外メーカーだし、ここでも日本語のレビューが無くて不安でしたが、日本語でメニュー等が表示されていたことに安心しました。 今回で3機種目の防犯カメラですが、今までで一番使いやすいです。 前機種では出来なかった良かった点は以下の通り。 ・録画再生する際、動態検知があった部分がマークされるので見やすい ・イベントログで検知があった時間の録画が30秒程度撮られているので探しやすい ・検知設定で除外する部分を指定出来る ・プライバシーの観点でマスクすることも可能 スマホで使うREOLINKアプリ ・広告表示が無いからか、起動が早い ・録画再生で検知マークが表示される ・倍速再生ができる ・検知除外やプライバシーマスク設定は、スマホアプリの方がラク 注意点 ・カメラの音声がデフォルトOffになっているので、1台ずつONにする作業が必要 ・2TBだとカメラ8台で3日しか録画出来ない ・USBに録画データをコピーする方法が分かりにくい ・スマホアプリがなぜか楽天モバイル回線だと使えない。他社の格安simでは使える

NVRとしての設定の細かさはなかなかなもので、 不在時に端子函等から電源を落とされ、隠密に侵入されたとき等の確認に便利なSMART表示が可能。直近の更新ではいくつかの改善が見られ新機能もアップしている。各デバイス消費電力量のリアルタイム表示。録画済み複数カメラの9画面カット(約3秒間隔コマ送り)同時プレビュー等々、プレイバック機能の強化を図り映像確認作業の時短・簡便化など着実にアップデートされている。この点だけでもユーザーの使用環境改善を考慮しており好感が持てる。サポートも迅速で親切。 数社のカメラシステムを使ってみたがNVR本体の表示が未だ日本語に対応していない等、日本市場を意識した製品サポートにはなっておらず、いくつかの不満点はあるものの個人的には同価格帯では現状サポートも含めReolinkが最上位だと思う。 追記：ファームウェアアップデートでNVR本体の日本語に対応、録画ファイルの暗号化も可能になりました。
