This was recommended to us by our dermatologist. It has a little bit of a smell to it, but nothing that I can't handle. I use it daily and it keeps my skin super moisturized. I also used it after a pretty bad sunburn and put it on to where it was still white and needed to soak in. While it kept me super moisturized it did have a "sticky" feeling to it from using so much at once but by the 2nd day after my sunburn I was fully tanned and no peeling occurred. When I just use a little bit after each shower I don't get the sticky feeling so it's just when I put on a lot that it made me stick.y

I started using this for my Mom a number of years back and it helped her skin a lot, kept it smooth and soft and handled mild irritation also. I then started using it for myself and really like it for my dry, eczema prone skin. Keeps it smooth with no flakiness or cracks on my feet. I am diabetic and have eczema so need this for very dry skin to keep it healthy. It is on the pricey side BUT once you see how well it works you will be willing and happy to pay the price for this outstanding product. Another side note - if you have cracked heels (like I did) you need to try their Heel Care Cream formula - excellent and helped my feet a ton.

Honestly, I wish I could review this product without a star. My skin feels smoother, but the smell of it is awful to me!

Okay, so I just got this in earlier today. However, this has already been remarkable. As soon as I got it I used it after I took a shower. Usually I have to reapply Cerve or other lotions at least again shortly thereafter. Not with this at all. I will update as I continue to use but I can already tell this is completely different from anything I've ever tried. I have Ichthyosis vulgaris and this so far has been remarkable. Granted, I just got this today so we'll see but couldn't help but at least review based on just what I've saw from already applying it. I have my fingers crossed for even better results as I continue to use it. Updated Edit: I'm now on my second bottle. No more cracking/bleeding. No more picking. No flaking! I love this stuff and I'm so relieved to have it. It does take a little bit to get used to having "normal" skin.

I have dry, scaly skin along with ingrowns and “chicken skin” in part of my legs and it made the area smooth. I bought this lotion about 2 years ago and loved it. I don’t remember it being $30 tho so it might have increased in price since I bought it. Completely forgot the name so I haven’t been able to buy it again BUT i found it! so i’ll be buying it again and i’m hoping that the formula hasn’t changed since i bought it

I've struggled with ichthyosis vulgaris (super scaly skin) on my calves and shins my entire life. Other typical lotions, even the most "moisturizing" ones, have never worked in reducing the scaliness or roughness on my legs. Most lotions just sit on top of my skin and don't actually seem to permeate or do much of anything. This is the first lotion I've tried that's actually visibly helped exfoliate my skin, moisturize it, and significantly reduce the visibility of the scales, to the point where my legs look somewhat normal! I honestly never thought this was possible, and have ordered this lotion 9 times over the past few years. It was a staple in my daily routine for actual years. I could also always tell when I ran out of it and had to use another lotion while waiting for a new bottle, because my ichthyosis would visibly return. However, I'm knocking off two stars and I have stopped ordering this lotion due to the awful scent in the past few bottles I've received. :( At first I thought perhaps this was just one bad batch, so I ordered another bottle a few weeks later, only for that one to smell just as bad. I'm not quite sure how to describe it, but the past two bottles I've received have smelled "off" since I got them. They haven't been tampered with or opened, as the safety seals were still intact, but both had this new noticeable "off" smell from the get go. The scent gets worse as you rub it into your skin, and I can smell it on me even after it absorbs. I'm not sure if the formulation has changed, since this never used to be an issue for all the years I've bought this lotion. :( I hope Dermal Therapy figures out this scent issue and is able to reformulate to get back to the older, basically scentless formula (I'm not sure if it was fragrance free, but it didn't have any noticeable scent to me, which I prefer!). If they can do that, this will be a staple in my routine again! For those who don't mind smelling a bit weird to reap the benefits - this formula is amazing and the best thing I've ever tried for my ichthyosis. It isn't cheap, but it works like a dream, if you can get past the scent!

I have Sjogren's so my skin is starved for moisture. I have tried everything but my arms remained looking like alligator skin. I was not optimistic about whether this would work. I have tried it for just two days and so far I am shocked, I can wear a sleeveless dress and not feel I have to cover my arms with a scarf. I put it on my arms, rub it in, and then rub ice cubes over the area (something a doctor told me years ago to help the lotion penetrate the skin.) fingers crossed.

Yes, get this lotion. If you want something extra than the 10% Glycolic Acid or 10% Urea bidy lotion, this is for you! It’s lightweight and as a weekly body treatment is paerfect. I adore that they made it without scent and in a big bottle.

I was recommended this cream as I have a skin condition called ichthyosis. I have been using it for four weeks and it has helped my condition. It is easily absorbed and moisturizing. I shall continue to use it as it has been difficult to find a suitable cream for my condition. It looks like this might be the one!

Love, love, love this Dermal Therapy, 10% & 10%. Yes the smell, but that is so small and insignificant to what I've experienced -- soft, clear and moisturized skin since purchase 6 mths ago. I'm afraid if the formula is changed to satisfy the masses regarding the smell all that goodness will suffer. Also, so PROUD it's CANADIAN. Keep up the good work Dermal Therapy !!

This is an amazing product and it does what it says it will do. Even though it is scent free, it has a scent, which I am not fond of. However, the product works!!!

It's soooooooooooo sticky. It may be good in terms of keeping your skin moist for the whole night, but not great if you're a hot sleeper and don't like that sticky feeling all over your body when you sleep. When I wake up it's still on me, even though I apply it in the shower and most moisturizers absorb fine that way. I haven't noticed anything special in terms of my skin.
