Why does the ice making feel slow?

At around 20°C ambient temperature with 15°C water, one ice‑making cycle takes about 6 minutes. At higher ambient temperatures or with warmer water, each cycle may take about 6–9 minutes.

Why are the first ice cubes smaller?

When the water is warm, the first batch of ice will be smaller and thinner. After 1 cycles the water cools down and the ice size returns to normal.

Why do the ice cubes in the basket melt?

The ice basket is for temporary storage and does not provide refrigeration. In higher ambient temperatures or after the unit stops, the ice will gradually melt. For long-term storage, please transfer the ice to your freezer once the basket is full.

How many people is this ice maker suitable for?

Ideal for personal use, small families or a coffee corner (around 1–4 regular users). For larger gatherings, start the machine 1–2 hours early and store extra ice in your freezer.
