This frame is honestly perfect for anyone looking to get an adjustable. It is sturdy and very strong. The bar at the bottom secures the mattress really well and it’s true to sized for the support. The motor is loud but I don’t care because it works. You also have to pay shipping but its still cheaper than other options that came with free shipping. Assembly is not fun as this this is packed so snugly into the box it’s hard to get out. (But it would be hard for this to truly be damage in shipping because it’s packed so well) The directions weren’t the best but also weren’t bad at all. They could be better though they were accurate so I can’t really complain. You will need a team lift to get this up any stairs because it is HEAVY as other reviews have mentioned. The remote is truly wireless and is easy to run and connect. It even stays connected if your power goes out or it is unplugged and plugged back in. I did a lot of review reading and comparing when purchasing a frame especially not being able to try them out but I'm very pleased with choosing this one.

I'll be the first to admit, I'm usually the guy who only leaves reviews when something is really wrong with something, to warn others. In this case, however, it's the exact opposite. This adjustable frame is fantastic! Very heavy, but also very heavy-duty. Setup was super easy too! My main concern was that I didn't want to get rid of my existing frame. I like my headboard and footboard, so I wanted something that would fit inside it. This was perfect. In fact, I'm willing to bet this would fit inside any existing bedframe so nobody would know it's there until you use the adjustments. You can see from my picture that it's completely hidden. The head/back and foot adjustments are substantial though, and you can easily adjust to your desired height for comfort. Then one quick tap of "Flat" and it quietly settles back down to normal. The entire operation is very easy, and VERY quiet. It shipped fast and adjusts perfectly. For the price, you can't beat it. I can't imagine what those $2000 adjustable frames do that this one doesn't at a fraction of the price. I'm very satisfied and would recommend this to anyone thinking about getting an adjustable base!!

I bought this after having a sleep number bed with an adjustable base for over ten years. I also installed adjustable bases for years, so I've seen a few. I was skeptical ordering sight unseen for the most part, especially for the price. It arrives in one big box, and it weighs a ton. So definitely get some help getting it to where you're going to set it up. Assembly took a little over an hour by myself. Directions are kind of vague, but the pictures will get you there. Space it out with the side rails on each side first, then the base pieces at the head and foot and you'll get the idea of how it goes together. I honestly think the hardest part of the whole thing was getting the sticker off the mattress retainer. Skip the frustration of trying to peel it off and use some dish soap/goo gone and the edge of a credit card. Also, test it out before you put the mattress on so you don't have to crawl under the bed to rewire anything. Like someone else said in the reviews, when you lower the head/foot without any pressure on the base, it won't go down. So just press a little bit on whichever side you're lowering. This will be remedied by the weight of the mattress. I went with a hybrid mattress and it works great with this base. It doesn't shift on the base, flexes good. The base is quiet and hasn't made so much as a squeak in the time I've had it. It doesn't have massage, but that's a useless gimmick anyway. I bought a 19' strip of leds and ran them facing down from the base so i have underbed lighting for $10. There's a ton of room under the frame for storage as well. Just watch the wiring. I zip tied it up to the frame so it's not an issue. The base is solid. I'd buy this thing 10/10 times. I couldn't be happier with it.

I have looked at purchasing an adjustable bed frame for the past 2 years & saw this one on sale. I am glad I bought it. Pros: 1. All the parts were there. 2. Instructions to assemble were good, diagrams were OK. 3. I would not say that it is heavy duty, but it seems sturdy enough to do the job. 4. Quiet and has very smooth operation. Cons: It was a bit more work than expected to fully assemble. I do have DIY skills and the instructions were good... I think if I had another person helping we could have got it done faster. But all in all, I give it a solid 4 stars.

Dispatch is not only comfortable and works as advertised, but it's also very easy to assemble with the instructions on the book. I love it I'm glad I got it. That highly recommend this big and you really probably don't need but a 6-in mattress with it I bought the 12-in Mary from mattress a little bit too high but I'm I'm very happy with how it feels and operates.

I put this together with my two adult sons. I could have done it alone if need be as I am pretty handy, but it is easier with at least two sets of hands (neither has to be a muscle man as the only heavy task is carrying the box inside). The directions could be better, but if you study them and take your time, you can do this. The one step where extra hands helped most was putting on the cloth cover, but again, not impossible solo. Once assembled, it worked well. It performs as advertised and is quiet. I am a big guy, and there is no trouble. I had a low platform bed and this is relatively tall so my pooch had to adjust, but she has it down now as well. I would recommend it if a friend was considering an adjustable bed. In fact, I have recommended it to my brother.
