By far the best tear ruler i own. Glad i purchased these.

I hesitated in buying this ruler set because, based on some reviews, I wasn't sure I could really use all of the edges. So, in my search for a good, single ruler with a deckle edge, I found them either too long and/or too expensive for my use. Finally, I decided to just go ahead and buy this three-ruler ser even if I could only use the one. The price for the set of three was better than the price for a single ruler, it is clear so you can see exactly where your tear line will be, and it is conveniently sized--not too long for working on a desk or craft table. Also, the professional crafters I follow on YouTube all use this ruler with much success. My set arrived in perfect condition. I immediately tested each edge on 20# paper (regular copy weight), and all performed beautifully. Each edge was clearly torn in the shape of the ruler's edge. Next, I experimented with typical scrapbooking paper-- not the heaviest, but significantly heavier than copy weight. No problem! I haven't used these tear rulers with heavy cardstock yet, so I don't know how that will turn out. This might be where the included water pen would come in handy. So far, I have not had a need to tear long, straight lines of heavy cardstock. Keep in mind that these TEAR the paper. The edges will look torn, which is the point, isn't it? If you want clean, crisp edges, you will need to use a different tool, such as a pair of special edge-cutting craft scissors or a paper cutter that has special slicing tools. Tips for success: 1. Be sure to hold ruler down FIRMLY so the paper doesn't slide as you tear. 2. Tear toward yourself, angling the paper a bit over toward the ruler as you tear. 3. When using heavy cardstock, try moistening the edge you want to tear with a bit of water first. (water pen included for this purpose) So, I am so glad I finally purchased this set of tear rulers! The price is right, and the various edges are fun!

I was making a journal and wanted torn edge pages. I didn't know this kind of ruler existed until I saw someone on IG using it, so I decided to look into it when I needed the deckle edge. While this was the most expensive option, I went with it over the others because there are fewer complaints. And I have other quality products from this brand.

I've been using these rulers for a couple of years now, and I'm impressed with how versatile and useful they are. They make tearing a straight line--or a designy one--easy and quick. They're sturdy and they produce great results. Recommended!

These rulers are easy to use and give you another option for creating interesting edges for your pages. The small water bottle included is very handy so you don't have to search for a tool to dampen your paper before tearing. The rulers are very sturdy and hold their shape as you tear your pages. I am very happy with this purchase.

It arrived in a box, so the rulers came in perfect condition. Tears my paper beautifully. The only thing I wish was different is if they offered the rulers separately. I bought the 3 pack only for one ruler. Highly recommend.
