Mold in filter
Two months in so cannot return; but for the past week when I lift the lid to fill the jug I can smell mold. I cleaned the jug thoroughly once a week but the smell emanates from the filter itself. I should have another month on the filter and it is still filtering water. I have ME and have been feeling much worse these past few weeks. Makes sense if you are drinking moldy water!

The filter was already installed (last time I was able to unpack it and install it myself). But it doesn’t work!! The water won’t flow through!!And there are no instructions included this time either!! I had a Brita filter. It was satisfactory. Then my wife discovered Pure Filter. IMO it’s expensive, however this work 4 orders better than Brita. My local water utility stepped up the chlorine. It was bleeding through on the Brita. This filter takes out 100% of the external odours in the water. I’m a hypertaster so I notice everything., I give it 2 thumbs up. Fantastic. Again expensive, but they claim to actually remove way more harmful chemicals. If true then this is a buy.want

Absolutely no issues with the actual product, just wish there was a set up video to make it easier to put it together.
