With the rising cost of food and questionable ingredients, our family started making our own bread. The regular bread pans you can get from Walmart weren’t cutting it. After looking around I found these cast iron bread pans and immediately ordered them! We also love camping and appreciate anything that can be used over a fire. Zero regrets! You can use this set for one or two loaves of bread! They are the perfect size. They are thick cast iron and look great! Not too heavy but sturdy. I attached the bread recipe we used from Pinterest and the loaves came out perfect! Perfect bread that tasted so much better than the pans you get at Walmart or Target. The crust was baked to perfection!

My wife loves this Pan and I get to enjoy the benefit! It is thick seasoned iron, heavy duty, and the lid fits well. My wife says she loves the even baking these pans produce. they make a good crust and distribute the heat evenly. They look nice and perform better.

This loaf pan is amazing. It is one of the best things I purchased this year. I started making my own bread this year, and this makes one perfect sourdough loaf or two yeast loaves. so versital. The crust is crispy because of the steam inside, the durability cant be beat because it is cast iron. They are easy to use but very heavy because of the iron, and while they are are not beautiful they have that vintage charm.

These pans are a dream to bake in. They heat consistently. They come seasoned so nothing sticks! The bread literally slides right out. I've made close to 100 loaves so far and not one loaf stuck (I DO oil the inside of the lid and the inside of the bread pan with avocado oil). Suggestions: turning the temperature down 25° really helped not to over brown the bread (so instead of 425°, I bake at 400°). And...get the bread out of the pan onto a wire rack immediately so that the loaves don't get over done (as you know, cast iron retains heat so get that bread out asap). I use a probe thermometer and pull the bread out of the oven when the internal bread temp is between 195° and 200°. I've been a sourdough bread making fool since I bought them last year in 2024! I bought two sets so I could bake two loaves each time and I love that the slices fit into a standard toaster. So glad I did! The pans are not too heavy and are easy to clean. And, in my humble opinion, anything cooked / baked in cast iron is always yummy!

This pan is everything when making loaf bread. I pre heat it, place my bread in with a silicone sling or parchment paper. I throw in an ice cube along the edge of pan. Put top on and bake.

Nice pans. Got good loaves from them, but there was still sticking even though I did a bunch of seasoning before use. Not terrible, but I also bought the enamled cast iron loaf pans from Nortriver, and those were much less troublesome for me. The enamled got 5 stars, these get 4.

Good quality and is making fantastic loaves of bread so far. I made sure to season them again with olive oil before first use as i want them to last and they have been easy to clean up and reapply before storage until next loaf.

I never write reviews, but this worked great on the first try. It took a while to get here, but I'm very satisfied with the product.

Love these pans for my sourdough loaves. If I need to do a covered loaf these tight fitting pans work great, or you can make 2 loafs!! Heavy and great quality!

Great product! I prefer to bake my sourdough in a loaf pan rather than a boule but I couldn’t get the full oven rise with it uncovered. In using this pan with the second pan as a lid, I got the perfect oven rise.
