I love these easy to use patches. I have been wanting to add some collagen to my daily routine since I turned 40 this past summer and this was an easy way to try it out. I personally didn't really see any changes upon use of these patches. Maybe I didn't use them long enough, but the little effects I saw was not worth it to apply these to my skin daily and remove the adhesive residue left on the area that they were attached to~
