This sleeper sofa is amazing! It is so beautiful in terms of the colour it’s like a blueish grey. The sofa was delivered 6 days earlier than expected which was outstanding. The delivery men were very timely and helpful. The assembly was pretty straightforward you just have to be able to lift up the base of the couch to put on the arms of the couch and slide it in. Personally I find the couch is comfortable, it is firm but not hard, maybe according to preference you add a mattress topper. But it’s perfect for my needs, sturdy and beautiful and fits perfectly in my space. I love it highly recommend. Definitely value for money.

As a sofa, this piece looks a bit odd from the side and from the back views, but the fit, comfort of the mattress, safety and functionality more than make up for this. It's easy to assemble, effortless to convert from sofa to bed and back again. It's a breeze to reposition the back and it offers a stable, comfortable mattress, As a bed, it brings good functionality with the adjustable positioning of the head/back. I love that the metal hardware is covered with a cozy skirt of fabric when the bed is extended. This feature stood out to me and is one of the reasons I chose to spend a few extra dollars on this sofa. I opted for this convertible over a pull-out bed because the length of the mattress on this bed is about six feet long and fits better in my small guest room without the additional foot or so that a regular pull-out sofa bed would require for the same mattress length. Also, the quality of the mattress is better. I recommend a nice, fluffy mattress pad to top this off. The firmness of the mattress is excellent. I would say it's pleasantly in the mid-range as far as firmness goes for mattresses.

I was really impressed by this couch, not your typical sleeper sofa. Pros: beautiful quality, love that you can use the ottoman to make it a big chase, easy to assemble (very easy), easy to move around after assembly, easy to convert from bed to couch and back, when turned into a bed, its not anything like the old sleeper sofas where you can feel a bar in your back. It actually feels like a bed. Cons: the matress is really firm. Really, really firm. That was a selling point for me originally but its so firm it can be a little uncomfortable. Still recommend, just be prepared and add lots of pillows!!

I was looking for a loveseat/sofa to use as a bed for our present sleeping arrangement, family dynamics. This Serta Ainsley Loveseat looked like the real deal and I liked the features and the "black Friday" price discount (though it seems to be selling at close to same "discounted" price in mid December). I couldn't find the shipping info, but other reviews talked about item arriving earlier than anticipated, easy to accommodate delivery, etc. All in all, it took a bit over 10 days from ordering to arrival. The tracking of the order wasn't particularly helpful until the sofa was "handed off" from CEVA to SouthEast freight lines at Memphis. Not to bore you, but eventually I met the truck at a large parking area in a nearby town here in Arkansas and watched Kevin very carefully transfer boxed sofa on a pallet into the back of my pick up truck. Very professionally done. Opening the box when back home, thankfully before rain started, was a challenge. It was mostly straight forward; cutting box carefully from top; lifting out the support arms. Then, having a friend available to help lift the main body, the sofa, from the box was essential. We made it in without any damage to the unit. Setup wasn't a problem (support arms attach easily via a strong metal bracket on both sides). IT looks nice; opens easily into a full bed configuration. As noted in other reviews, it does fell stiff/firm in the seating (sofa) position. It is also firm to lay upon, but comfortable. overall, I'm quite pleased with the loveseat/sofa. My only word of advice would be to just be patient with the delivery and appreciate that the "tracking" update info might not be quite accurate, but it will happen.

Took a while, but it's finally here! (houndstooth cushions not included) After strong-arming it through the front door and unboxing it, assembly was a snap! Just lift each side of couch and drop onto the slots on the arms. But the couch is very heavy, about 200 lbs, so I recommend at least one helper for moving and assembly. After assembly, not much to do but relax. The back reclines easily by tilting forward and then back (be sure to leave room for this, or know you'll have to move the couch), then lifting to your preferred angle. Lays flat for sleeping, and the front pulls out and lifts up easily as well, maybe 40 lbs lifting force required for that. To store, lift again and let it go back down. Size is nice, seems about right for a queen bed. Could fit 3 atheletes easily, four might be a bit tight, depending on what position they play. Seat cushion is a bit long for shorter people (I'm about 5'7"), but its fine with the included cushion(s) used as a back pillow. Speaking of, those cushions are about half the width of the houndstooth cushions in the review photo. They're a bit soft, but work well with the couch imo. The couch is plain, which is fine with me -- that's what I wanted. Hopefully the fabric is durable, guess we'll see. If you have animals that attack buttons, maybe plan to cover the couch with a throw or quilt, or look at one without buttons in the cushions. At any rate, I'm very pleased with what I got, it was well worth the ~700 USD. Maybe I could have got better, but I would have probably spent way more.

I love this couch, fits perfectly in my studio apartment. Delivery was great, the box is Very big and heavy, you will definitely need at least two to three people to help get it inside. The couch came assembled, all we had to do was attach the arms. The couch is firm but feels soft when touched, No problem, I like firm just get a mattress topper. The quality is fantastic you won't be disappointed. Will definitely order again.

I am happy with this purchase. Given this is a large item and likely difficult to return, I was worried it would fit down our stairs. I'm very thankful to a review that included pictures of the couch in its shipping box. The arms are fully removed and easily slide on. It would be nice if they were better labeled some how to ensure the correct arm went on the correct side but not too hard to figure out. The couch is a bit stiff but our guests said it was pretty comfortable. It definitely is a queen size but probably a small queen. I tried both queen and full fitted sheets and full did not fit at all. I wish the seller would team up with a sheet seller so Amazon could suggest a good sheet set that would fit this couch. Most sheets are made for mattresses that are much thicker then this couch. The sheet we had did fit and they worked out well enough. I probably will get a mattress pad of some sort to try to soften up the stiffness of the couch. I think my only "complaint" is the angling on the back when it is being used as a couch. It seems either too upright or too angled to be really comfortable to sit on. Given the back adjusts it would be nice if it had more "settings" you could angle it.
