Fabulous Company. Great Grill
Nice , elevated look for a moderate grill price. And very easy to assemble. More than anything, the company is MIRACULOUSLY responsive (with actual humans) to any questions or requests for support. A Really great addition to an already good product in this day and age of automated everything. Aside from being very responsive during the ordering, delivery, and set up process , I recently reached out to them after our grill cover and pizza stone were damaged/destroyed in the So Cal wildfires. (The fire burned our trees, landscape and the fence surrounding our property and up to the edge of our deck, patio and doorsteps, but our house miraculously survived!). We asked whether we could get any discount to get them replaced since we'd only had everything for a few months before the fires (less than a year at this point), and they promptly sent us out new ones at no cost!!! It is such a breath of fresh air to deal with a very responsive, human customer support system !! A couple very moderate improvement suggestions I would make are 1) to provide precut panels to set in to the base of the grill after the quick assembly to seal off the openings at the bottom, making it more pest resistant. (I've cut in a piece of chicken wire to mine). The simple assembly prefab nature of the grill does leave some gaps where there might not otherwise be any if you had to spend hours toiling to screw things together. 2) Again due to the great convenience of the prefab 10 minute assembly , the burners are preset in a way that maybe gives up and inch or two at the from side of the grill. It will eventually heat up to be consistent with the rest, but it would be great if there were a way they could start the burner flame a little closer to the front edge of the grill area. Both are minor issues relative to the price point and ease of having a great looking and working Island-Like grill in your space in 10 to 20 minutes!!

This thing is really awesome
Grill arrived way faster than expected, which was great. Packed really well, and once I started cutting it open, you can really see/understand their quick assembly thing. I had to unbox everything on the driveway in the front, and then take it by myself to the back patio and it was still ridiculously fast, especially for something this big/capable. I'm pretty impatient so I decided to do it solo, but I'm guessing they're absolutely right in two people being able to put this together hilariously quick. Absolutely took longer getting it out of the packaging than it did to actually get it up and running. I've never had a grill with this amount of functionality ever, and it's awesome. Huge surface, comes up to temp quick, and the side burner is clutch. I like to make hot sauces and having a nice and hot burner outside really makes that a ton easier so that the peppers don't make the house uninhabitable. The wheels work pretty good, I was worried (as was the missus) about something of this size on our screened porch. It moves out of the way or into position really nicely. The entire set up feels nice and heavy, but not needlessly so. Think closing the door on a Lexus vs closing the door on a 10 year old Nissan. I haven't quite figured out what to keep on the shelves, but am looking forward to figuring it out. We've got a huge and very inquisitive dog, being able to keep utensils or whatever out there is gonna be super nice. Out of sight/out of mind for him. Grease trap is a little pan that is easy to clean, which is better than my now-old pellet smoker. I thought I'd miss the 'smoke', but opted to get the smoke box thingy and it works great. Such a worthwhile trade off for how quickly this grill goes from cold to perfect temp back to cold. I've been using this so much more because it isn't such a long warm up/cool down time. The griddle thing I got is awesome. Overall, super friggin happy with my new Tytus.

Easy to assemble. Will need to buy kit to convert to NG
I got this grill to replace my old natural gas grill. Assembling it was ridiculously easy for the grill of this magnitude, however it will require two people. If you want natural gas youโll have to buy a separate converter kit which also will take about 20 min to change out

Total Beast!
My wife is super happy with the purchase of our new grill. The Saber we had was ready to be retired. The quality of this grill is top notch and the assembly was a snap. All parts come assembled and literally snap together allowing me to put it together by myself. The burners have an even heat distribution and cooked my chicken perfectly!

Nice grill island
Easy to setup and move around. I love that it didnโt require tools to be put together. Construction seems to be solid so this should last a long time. I bought the modular island unit for the storage provides built in look.
