returned - aweful suspicious small
awful smell when trying to turn it on, plus order seemed to be used before. Returned it on the spot. quality looks bad, better spend bit more money on quality brand for these kinds of equipment.

Serves the purpose. Easy to use, easy to clean. Wire length should have been more. Lower part should have handle, only with one handle at the upper flap is not easy to handle when hot. Toasting is equally spread, can fit two pairs of standard size bread. For bigger sandwich breads the cavity is small. Good for home use. Another point: I have not faced any hassle in registration of extended warranty. But it is slow. Today 6 th March 26, I have received the softcopy of the extended warranty which I purchased on 22nd January 26.

Incredible product, grills sandwiches instantly and evenly. Cut off function keeps the food safe from burning but keeps it warm at the same time.

After using this product for over two months, I am satisfied with its performance. However, I do not know how it would perform in the long run but expecting to be good. Moreover it is affordable and looks decent. I would surely recommend this product...

A good product and serve the purpose. It would have been much better if there is handle at the bottom for opening when the unit is heatedup. This is my second product as I am also using there kettle, a good product.
