Great port extender for laptop
This external port has a lot of slots to add devices. Please note that if you are trying to use it on an Apple laptop with 2, 3, chip, it will not allow you to connect two monitors independently of each other it will just mirror. All the other ports and connections types worked just fine.

USB plugs don't work--trash
Right out of the box, the USB plugs do not work. I tried the troubleshooting steps, and they include impossible things like pressing a nonexistent power button. The included manual shows no such thing. Unplugging and replugging the cables does nothing. Drivers are already updated. I will need to return this for a refund. Extremely disappointed.

Good for the price
14 in 1 USB C Hub Promising blazing fat speeds but unfortunately most of them are junk as this one. I tested this on my MSI Raider GE68 HX on a Thunderbolt port. Tested drive transfer speed with Samsung T7 with Thunderbolt certified cables. It promised 2 USB 3.0 at 5Gbs transfer speed, but I only got USB 2.0 speed. So if you are looking for something to declutter your desk but are not worried about transfer speeds, this is for you. If you care about transfer speeds, forget about this hub. More over for the price, there are far better options out there. Dual Monitor 4K HDMI, DP Display port（8K@30Hz）- Not tested Gigabit Ethernet port - Works fine 2 USB 3.0 ports - Yes 480GBs 3 USB 2.0 ports - NO those are USB 2.0 and 480GBs USB C Power Charging Port (max 100W) - Works ok USB C Data Transfer port(5Gbps) - Absolutely not!! SD/TF card readers and 3.5mm Mic/audio - An ABSOLUTE JOKE, 18gbs transfer speed.

Short lived
I’ve had this docking station since November 2024 and it is starting to fail. Not very happy with this product. Would not recommend.

Works as Expected
All ports work and as a whole it is well built and feels durable.

Nice dock - I want to give more but no audio.
I really like this dock, but is not quite the best I have used for the price point. Everything is great, it works flawlessly. EXCEPT… I really wanted to run my audio through it and no matter what I do I get no audio through this device. I tried on multiple laptops, checked drivers and device manager and nothing showed up. If you do not need the audio - this is definitely an awesome dock. If you do, move on as the audio seems to be a problem, at least for the unit I tested. Ran two 27” HDMI monitors at 1920x USB3 2.5Gbe and Logitech game controller. Everything worked great. So again, awesome dock mostly but the audio was completely dead.
