Bike was easy to put together in 4 steps customer service was great soon as I emailed them I got a response within a day my son loves his bike and so do I.

Great value for the price durable frame nice tires and brakes. Overall a very good beginner bike. I love the white color and design of the bike with the trident accents all around.

Never bought a bike online. Came in a nice box and with tools. Took all of 10 minutes to assemble. Really imporessed.

My son really wanted a gold bike. Options were limited and I did think it was a little more on the pricey side than the ones from Walmart that are already put together. But I am so in love with how easy it was to put together. All the screws were gently threaded in the correlating spots - so no digging around through tons of screws they’re already in the right spot. It feels good quality- it did arrive with some minor scratches on the handle bars but it’s not the end of the world. This is great for my 8 year old. The only thing I didn’t like if I had to find something- was when putting on the reflectives- you need to have the seat at least slightly raised. You can put it on if you’re at the shortest height because the pole isn’t exposed to wrap it around. Kick stand is a little tough to get moving at first. But the tridents 🔱 look sick. It’s a very unique bike I’ll be able to tell which from down the street in a pile with other bikes at his friends

After I bought this bike, I learned it came without front brakes. I immediately contacted customer service, was told that this is standard in their bikes and I got frustrated. Given my frustration, customer service offered to send the front breaker assembly if I were to pay for shipping from their china manufacturing plant. I was particularly pleased, so they sent it feee of cost to me, which I really appreciated. When I received the brake assembly, I realized that they had sent the wrong side. I then contacted them and, no questions asked, they sent the right break assembly. As such, in spite of the disagreement of whether or not a bike should not have front brakes, their customer servir was very understanding, polite and phenomenal. As such o was able to have a fully functioning bike, with no additional costs, along with several recommendations on how to adjust the break. Ultimately, a great experience so I recommend them strongly. To avoid the problems I had, it would perhaps be good to make it more obvious in the product description that there’s no front brakes. However, with this customer service all problems are easily resolved, making the experience a positive one.

Very nice bike for my 10 year old son, the tire did come flat, but after messaging the seller they are sending a new tube for the tire, so I appreciate the quick response and solution to my problem. durable, easy to put together!

Do Not Buy !! I bought this in March only for the crank to break by July. That's when we noticed that the crack was made out of cast iron. Since it had only been 4 months the bike was still under warranty so Ausrion couldn't help. Warranty is only offering to replace the crank & peddles but I will have to come out of pocket for the actual repair. Since its cast iron I'm not sure well be able to welded the crack back on. Depending on the cost it may not even be worth repairing at all. Mind you this bike was Only riden on city sidewalks & streets. How the crack broke within 4 months proves the lack of quality. In this case you get LESS VALUE for the cheap price you pay. Do yourself a favor buy elsewhere and spend that extra cash for that better bike.

solid well built bike compared to can tire or walmart brands 8yo son loves it worth the extra money

It's a decent bike for the price and literally the only adult sized BMX bike i could find in that price range anywhere. I am 6' 2" and it fits me very well. The bike is super lightweight and well built. Putting it together was simple and took about 15 minutes, all tools are included, tires do need to be inflated though with a compressor or bike tire pump. My only complaint is that the gearing isn't great for a BMX bike with 26 inch tires and its extremely difficult to pedal up hills or gain speed quickly
