I have extensively tested this pTron 20000mAh power bank on my google pixel 8 and here's pros and cons: Pros: - Compact design makes it easy to carry - Digital display for battery percentage is visually attractive to look at. - green thunder Bolt ⚡ sign let you know where whether it fast charging or normal charging - google pixel 8 has around 4500 mAh battery and it charged it fully (0-100%) twice and around 70% in third time so you can say it has 60.75% efficiency, I don't know it good or bad but charging my phone almost 3 times fully is more than enough for me that why I'm putting it in pros. Cons: - Cable provided with power bank didn't support rapid charging, I had to use my own c-type cable. - when battery of power bank goes below 30% it automatically stop changing after certain period of time, you have to press key in power bank to start charging again, which quite annoying. - There is a malfunctioning when I charge this power bank, I used 25w samsung charger, first time in first 2 hr it only charged 0-4%, I unplugged it for couple of minutes then plugged it again and it started charging normally, second time also in first 4 hr it only charged 0-16%, after unplugging for couple of minutes then plugged it back, it start charging normally. Besides this wierd malfunctioning it takes almost 4-5 hr to get fully charged.

Works extremely well (of course, it is in use hardly for a fortnight; it is too early to comment on its durability). Charging other devices: Lightning ⚡ speed. Self- charging: quick. Both are positive features. Negatives: Heavy, don't try keeping in trouser pocket - it will tear-off. Again, the cable length: shorter than the tail of a mouse. This needs you to have a plug point right on your ears (I don't understand the logic behind providing such an inch-long accessory. Could be the brain-child of a cranky engineering mind. Will the earth tumble down, if they make it for at least a metre? Sum up: Go for it, if you have the plug point right across on your work desk. Cost: Reasonable, as the opportunity cost of losing charge on your mobile/ other devices at the opprtune time is larger. Now, after 7 months of use: Psss....The product has stopped working....finished. I have been moving heaven and earth to enforce the Warranty - I find a blind-road ahead everywhere. The number of the Seller didn't work. Only an IVR mode was available, as per which a Complaint Link was to reach me on sms. Never did the same arrive. The saving grace was none but the Amazon. Kudos to them. All accolades. So helpful, they could set the ball rolling. After their hectic efforts, the pTron office has woken up. But, don't jump into conclusions: pTron has now advised me to RETURN the set through courier service, and they will take up further processing (whatever it means). If you had spent this much of time in your office, you would have got elevated 3 steps above. The moral of the story is: Don't ever go for pTron, unless you have plenty of time at your disposal and abundant patience to undergo the ordeal. Anything going wrong, you will find yourself abegging. Anyway, a bad product originates from a ..... Company (fill in the blanks as you like).

Both the product quality and Amazon's service are terrible. The product developed issues within a year and practically stopped working. Even when the device shows a 100% charge, it only manages to charge the phone by 10–20%, and that too very slowly. I tried to file a complaint before the one-year mark, but I couldn't do so through the Amazon website; their system is designed so poorly that customers cannot even utilize the warranty. It is a very poor-quality device, and Amazon has cunningly ensured that people cannot claim the warranty. They have completely overhauled their customer care system—you have to call repeatedly just to get through once, and even then, you get no resolution.

I usually don't take the time to write long reviews, but the quality of this product, especially in its price range, compelled me to share my experience. The manufacturers seem serious about delivering good products at affordable prices and I felt it is my humble duty to write a review as a token of appreciation. I'm thrilled with the pTron Dynamo Ultra 20000mAh Nano Power Bank! As a Samsung Galaxy S-22 user, I needed a reliable power bank that could keep up. This device exceeds expectations. The compact design and LED display are great. Charging is incredibly fast (22.5W) - 54% to 80% in 19 minutes! My phone is nearly 2.5 years old, and I use Battery Protection mode, which limits charging to 80% unless I remove the protection. As a frequent traveler, I've faced low battery issues at least twice a day since my phone's battery drains quicker. Thankfully, a friend suggested this product, and I'm happy to report: - I get almost 5 full charges, more than enough for 2 days. - Three output ports allow simultaneous charging of my phone, earbuds, and watch. No more searching for charging points at airports or conference halls! Safety features, including multiple protections and BIS certification, provide peace of mind. Pros: - Fast charging - Compact design - Multiple output ports - Efficient battery life - Safety features - Excellent price range Cons: - Little heavier for its looks (but the smart compact design makes it easy to carry) Recommendation: Highly recommended for anyone seeking a reliable, fast-charging power bank, particularly frequent travelers and business professionals.

The lifetime of this product stayed one year, Now it’s draining to fast and performance become to poor
