Worth the cost
I've been using parchment paper and recently found out that almost all of it is toxic. This was the brand that was recommended as being safe silicon to use to replace parchment paper. It work so well. Way better that the paper and much more convenient to use. It cleans up quickly and easily.

Worth the price.
Expensive but works great. Easy to clean. I bought the perforated Silpat tray to go with it. Wish I had them sooner.

Love the Grid
I purchased this gridded version to replace one of my old non-gridded Silpat. I love the grids. It helps when placing the cookies uniformly prebaking.
