This study guide is better than all the text books I own combined. This style of study guide is how I learn best.. concept than definition. No extra wording, details or unnecessary info. Right to the point.

This study guide was helpful. The ILBS1 155 is a scenario-based test, and the study guide was right on point.

This book is a pretty good tool for helping you prepare for your Licensure testing. While it contains a lot of comprehensive information, I'd love to see more visual support in this test prep. Sometimes information can be a bit overwhelming and hard to absorb without visuals to backup the concepts being presented. Otherwise, it is a fairly good test prep resource.

Just thumbing through it I’m eager to try the practice test and learn more specifics on what the test will cover. I recently began working on note cards as well while reading the book and it was very easy to do so as the important vocabulary is high lighted and often defined as you read.

Product arrived completely torn and used and all the answers to the questions were already written! Absolutely unusable as a study guide guide

I purchased this book, along with others to prepare for a test. I was disappointed to find numerous spelling and grammar errors. Even on the practice test, there was an answer missing in the answer key so I was unable to know the correct answer to the question. After going through several study guides provided by mometrix, I was seriously wondering if they were even a legitimate company. I also purchased the TAP guide, and how am I supposed to rely on a guide to review grammar with me when it can't even use proper grammar itself? I felt as though the books were never even proofread before they were published. I would look for a different study guide.

I mostly studied from this book for the test. I have to say, it's a good jumping off point, but it shouldn't be your only choice for a study guide. I studied from at least 5 different sources. It's got a short study guide in the back. It's not the best study guide, but it's helpful to use along with other ones. There were some things on the test that I got from this book.
