Petgrow Pet Pad Artificial Grass Turf 5.5'x6.5' - Realistic Thick Synthetic Fake Grass Mat for Outdoor Garden Landscape Dog Faux Grass

This grass is thick and soft. I’m sensitive to the feel of fabrics, etc but this is soft enough to walk barefoot and sit on. It’s quite comfortable actually. Looks like real grass and was perfect addition to my patio. My dog also loves it. He has peed and pooped on it (small dog only 18lbs) and a quick spray down got pee out and none of the poop stuck though I pick it up right away to avoid smell & flies. I will say the grass gets VERY hot in the direct sun. Hot to touch on bare feet but didn’t smell any burning material. I usually open my umbrella for shade during the day. The edges aren’t perfectly straight but didn’t matter for my needs. This review if for the 6ftx8ft size.

I bought this artificial pet pad turf/grass a year ago for my small yard. I originally bought a smaller roll of the same grass same brand 4x7 and it was not enough, (I didn't measure) so you may see some variation in color from different size rolls. My recommendation is buy more than you need one time and possible in one roll so you get that uniform color. I used the this 7x13 ft size and it cut it to my odd shaped yard. It came in one long roll, and was very easy to roll out and cut with a utility blade. I had nothing but a dirt patch here before sorry I didn't take pics. It was a year ago. I used grass stakes to pin it down after putting sand/gravel levels underneath. The whole process for this yard only took me a couple hours by myself. I have 2 big dogs, and 2 grandchildren who like to romp and play on this grass. It has withstood amazingly well over the last year. Where we used to get puddles of mud during winter is no longer as well. The grass looks and feels very natural. It has a nice thickness to it and most people comment on how it looks so real. Aside from my seem lines. Lol. It is also very easy to keep clean with the dogs. We had enough to fill this small. Space and even some extra pieces we used to line random areas of garden with it for a more uniform look in the yard. Definitely recommend this grass, I shopped around for awhile to find the best prices and the natural look and feel and have been more than happy with this for the last year.

For my Catio! Perfection. I felt a lot of different grasses in box stores and found one that was ok and hated the rest. This one is as soft as the one I liked. Cheaper for me and more convenient to buy on here so I just went for it. I read a bunch of reviews and it was helpful. Some people’s reviews I wouldn’t agree with now that I have it myself. It is soft. I don’t know exactly what some people are expecting when they order fake grass.. 1. Some grass is going to fall out in the beginning. It’s brand new.. and when you cut it if you do, there’s gonna be areas where grass falls out a little bit still. But after the initial installation, I haven’t noticed any grass falling out of it. 2. I don’t know if people realize it (lol) but this is not real grass. It’s imitation.. so yeah, it might not be as perfect and soft as some people‘s real grass, but it is still very soft and my cats love rolling around in it. 3. I don’t know how it could be any easier to install or cut. You just need the right scissors or X-Acto knife and take your time. Super easy.. I installed mine on a porch so I was able to just use a staple gun to keep it in place. All in all, I’m super happy with it. I would like to buy another one now that I’ve made sure I like it. I have had it for over a month or two now. I even put it on one of the catio platforms. And one of my cats loves laying on that certain spot! Catio is still a work in progress!

I am speechless, well, kinda. I must say this is truly lifelike, costly, soft, easy to clean and wow it is beautiful. It is giving full aesthetics to all-natural loveliness. Lets be honest there is water usage because of dust or animals but there is no gardener, no weed whacking, no mowing, no lawn trimmings, if you do it right no weeds, no extra noise because of all prior acknowledgements. Basically, I think over time it will pay for itself. It is so freaking pretty I wanted to put int in the house. The one thing I wish is all the extra stuff you have to buy would come with it. Oh, let me tell ya its allot, allot, allot.

Ordered 5 ft x13 ft piece, received the correct item within 1day . My dogs absolutely love it! 🐾💕🐾💕🐾 Both German Shepherds roll in it like real grass , would definitely recommend especially for high traffic areas, I used mine to cover sandy area in RV park.

Love this! When opened, at first the grass lays down due to packaging; however, give it 24 hours in the sun and the next day, the grass will stand up leaving the rug looking like a freshly mowed lawn! It is very soft and durable. WARNING: if in full sun and hot conditions, may burn little feet and/or pets feet.

Actually got it for my tortoises. The poop wipes off easy with a baby wipe. The pee rinses easily with the water hose. After a month there is still no weird smell. Even the cats enjoyed the grass. I weighed it down with some concrete for a week and it stopped curling. Still very plushy after a month. No pieces of grass falling off either. Here’s a picture the day I installed it on top of my concrete yard.

Came out perfect and unrolled with barely any creasing at all. Very satisfied with the look and texture is a smooth feel not too thin at all. I bought this to use for my toddlers to play out on our patio with number cars and their sensory table. And overall just up the look. The fit was just as displayed 6.5x10 and the only minor negative is right when you open it, it has a slight smell but goes away after airing out a couple hours. Very happy with my choice!

It was described as exceptional and and more expensive than the smaller size I got at costco for a different area, so I thought it would be at least as good. It was not, I ended up buying two smaller area ones from Costco and seaming them together. Cost of shipping back to Amazon via Canada post was ridiculous - $70 because of the size and the only option to ship to was Amazon BC. so if you buy this, beware that return cost is substantial.
