This is one of my favorite purchases to date. The product is beautiful, functional, and enduring. I strictly use alkaline 9.5+ pH water, and let me say with the copper its the best tasting water ive ever had, and I am blessed to drink it every day! Yes, I taste the copper, but thats the point! and its delicious and nutritious! I have noticed slight oxidation where the lid meets the can, but this is to be expected per the manufacturer, and proves it to be pure copper. I decided to take off the white band that creates a gap between the lid and can, and it does leak a bit, but with the white band its totally leak proof, I just prefer the complete copper aesthetic. I cannot recommend this product enough!

Inside tarnished after less than 1 hr after filling with water. Vendor contacted me and stated due to the product being over 99% pure copper it is a normal and harmless occurrence. Been using it every day since.

Non magnetic, no sign of material other than copper. Came with an additional o ring/gasket and instructions on use and cleaning, INCLUDING the reason black/green spots appear and to make sure to wash the vessel before first use AND to ONLY use plain water in an unlined copper vessel. The wide mouth opening is perfect for easy cleaning and filling. It has a decent weight to it and the texture of the hammered finish gives it an extra secure grip over a smooth finish. The cap has a nice grip finish to it so you aren't wrestling with a smooth metal screw in lid that would otherwise slip.

I am very disappointed in this product. I’ve only had it a couple of weeks and used it a handful of times. The copper is already wearing off on the bottom inside. At first, I thought it might be buildup from hard water, but I’ve only put springwater in it. The rim is wearing and it’s not at all what I thought. Shame on the seller for representing this as all copper! I was going to return it, and I am still within the window to do so, but I didn’t have any of the packaging and as I went through the return process, it said I might get charged for the return, so I didn’t bother. Otherwise, it would be going right back. I’ll make sure not to buy anything from the seller again.

I am still undecided about this bottle. It developed a black ring inside the first time I used it. I expected it to developed some spotting but didn't expect it to tarnish the very first time I put water in it over night. It has had a small amount of tarnish in the bottom after that. I don't carry it with me but the lid seems to fit tightly so it probably wouldn't leak. I haven't had it but a few weeks so don't know about durability but the material is thick so it should be ok. It is larger enough for me but someone who drinks a lot of water would need something larger like a copper pitcher. I don't know about health benefits yet but the water tasts good.

If you want to drink more water you need this!! I forgot how good water can be!!

Real copper

Today I got my second bottle because I really liked the first one. So I reorder another one. When it came today, the box the item was in had the seal broken and taped back. On inspecting the item, it had worn places on the copper jug and the bottom. Scratches were on the top cap. I gave 5 stars because I like the jug, but want you to be aware of this. I will keep the jug because I hate returning anything. It’s not worth the hassle.

Love this bottle, much healthier for people and planet than using plastic. I can't stand the taste of plastic. The lid is a bit awkward, have to double check that it's tightly secured but it's made or copper so it's one of those things. It's a convenient size and I have been using it for months. The finish has obviously dulled but can easily clean with dilute lemon juice to get the shine back, but I don't mind for now. Definitely recommend, good value for money, would make a lovely gift to someone as it comes in nice packaging too. Thank you, will buy more in the future.

I wish the screw cap was a little easier to screw on (it goes on crooked all the time) otherwise it's perfect! It did take a very long time to be delivered, just like old-fashioned catalog orders (haha!) but i love it.

As most people say, the top doesn’t screw in properly. My bottle leaks water because it doesn’t seal properly. Consequently, I can’t use it out of the house, which is very inconvenient.
