This is the perfect smart cleaner tool to keep your Apartment fresh and clean from dust ,cats hair..etc, I believe its a magic solution for those who suffer from a chronic allergy, I never know how much its efficient and does its job perfectly till I empty the dirty water tank, scan your place , it divide the place to zones, its easy and manageable through smart phones, wherever whenever you give order for cleaning, its perfect for hard floors(ceramic,marble,stone) the only request I would put to the manufacturer is how we can avoid the pad smell coming from the pads cant we use some perfumed cleaning liquids !this issue need a solution, otherwise this is very good investment .

Good product. It’s been 4 months now, the station sometimes shutdown and the robo cannot detect , and we need to switch off and on the station 2 to 3 times to detect the station. Don’t know everyone has this issue, or its only technical ..

نوعية جيدة جدا سعر جيد جدا زوجتي سعدت بها جدا واحببتها قطع غيار أصلية متوفرة في امازون وقد اشتريت كمية تكفى لفترة طويلة انصح بها لكل ربة منزل ولكل شخص يسكن بمفرده او مع عدة اشخاص كذلك تشغيلها بسيط جدا وبرنامج التشغيل الخاص بها (بعد تنزيل التطبيق) بسيط ومفهوم ودون أي تعقيد لا تكلفك اي مواد كيميائية فقط تظيف الماء النظيف، بالنسبة لي اضيف لها ماء مفلتر حتى اضمن لمعان الأرضية تنظيفها جيد جدا انصح بها وبقوة

The vacuum performs decently but has some drawbacks. In my experience, it cleans quite slowly, and certain dust particles are left behind, requiring manual intervention. Hair tends to get tangled in the brush, which is difficult to remove manually, making maintenance cumbersome. The mopping function works well, but the overall cleaning speed is slower than expected. Additionally, while the suction power is strong, it doesn't always pick up finer debris/paper pieces effectively. It would be more efficient if the navigation and cleaning algorithms were optimized for faster and more thorough performance. any option to increase the speed .

I’m using this product since 6months product is good but now and mobbing function is not working, tried calling customer service and service centre but the response is poor

After 2 months started to have water level cleaning tray issues , water starting poring out of cleaning tray and not going to dirty water tank, now have to search for a service center to fix it …. So now its just a vacuums and moping dnt work , my eufy is 1 yr now and still no problem

Só comprem ! E comprem com esse vendedor , esclarece dúvida , orienta , atencioso . Produto chegou muito bem embalado . Inclusive a caixa embrulhada , que eu acho correto , pois a portaria do prédio nem ninguém precisa saber o que comprei . Com relação a eficiência do produto , exatamente como descrito . Satisfatória demais e a casa fica extremamente limpa , é limpeza de verdade além de já finalizando com pano úmido . Retorna a base sempre que necessita limpar para seguir a outros cômodos . Resumo , comprem e seja felizes . Ponto importante , se sua casa não tem, providencie adaptador para tomada europeia , mas é um item de baixo custo , nenhum problema com relação a isso .
