These are absolutely worth the price for the longer use and less breakage when using these pencils.

I purchased the Ticonderoga Wood-Cased Pencils, Pre-Sharpened, #2 HB Soft, Pastel Colors, 150 Count and it turned out to be an excellent choice for elementary school classroom needs. Beautiful pencils! The colors are just what I’m looking for sharpened great. These will last for a long time and we all know these have the best erasers!!! Don’t get caught spending $250 on the other sellers page for the same pencils that cost $44. This is where it’s at and you will not regret this purchase.

These pencils are perfect for school supplies! I love the soft pastel colors, and having them pre-sharpened is such a nice convenience. They write smoothly, erase well, and the Ticonderoga quality is exactly what I expected. The 18-count package gives you a good variety of colors without taking up a ton of space. It was required that my daughter had to have 24 pre-sharpened pencils for school this year. And I loved these because they were kind of girly colors versus the basic yellow and they’re already pre-sharpened so I didn’t have to do that myself! And they really weren’t that expensive! So good value plus they’re cute

With two daughters in school, this pack was the perfect amount to get us through two school years. Ticonderoga pencils are always our go-to because they write smoothly, sharpen well, and last longer than other brands we've tried. Hands down the best pencils on earth. Parents, when your children's teachers ask for Ticonderoga pencils, just buy them. They are durable. They lead doesn't break off inside and slide out. They sharpen evenly every time. The erasers actually erase, without smudging and tearing holes in paper. I've bought both My First Ticonderoga pencils and regular pencils. I buy a ton for our grandchildren's teachers as a welcome back to school gift. I've bought the metallic painted pencils for our grandsons and the pastels for our granddaughter. They are not covered, they are painted making them suitable for the kids to use and sharpen. Do they cost more than other pencils? Yes. But, you'll find you purchase less pencils per school year for your kids.

I've always heard about Ticonderoga pencils but wondered what big deal is it. It's just another school pencil with a hefty price tag. We'll I was surprisingly wrong. It was amazing. Writes smooth, has a functional eraser (you know most pencil top erasers are grabage), comes pre-sharpened, and lead doesn't break even with a crappy pencil sharpener. I would stick with the plain yellow ones if you or your kiddos don't really care (cuz they're cheaper). I know my daughter likes girly stuff so I picked out the pastel colors. It is a standard pencil so it's long. If kiddo is hust beginning to put pencil to paper I would stick with the chubby short ones from Ticonderoga. Definitely worth the investment.

Best pencils a teacher could buy! They last way longer than a typical Stardler. Leads don’t break easily.
